I was refused service because I got to the front cash register at 9pm. The cashier literally argued with me and wouldn’t let me pay because it was “9:01 and they are closed” even though I had been in the store shopping for 15 minutes. No closing announcement. And none of the 3 employees who I passed while shopping talked to me or warned me they were closing.
Great variety of products. Halloween and Christmas are there yet. The store have public washroom. Plenty home decorations and materials for crafts. Every weekend they have products with discount. You can find a lot of items for your decorations That's one of my favorite store, I can stay inside for hours. Plenty items for Christmas many colors to choose and excelent prices in Christmas trees . You can find toys, baking items, coloring books, colors, crayons, yard and many others materials for any craft. Get ready to explore your creativity. During the weekend they offer many courses for a good price. The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.
I find that this establishment to be very family friendly and that adds to the beauty of the store. However, I do think that they should really provide a bigger room for birthday parties so it gives children more room to move around. Michaels is a store that has a wide variety of products and that is very useful in the long run. But, I do believe that the establishment needs to be more organized in the clearance section. As a former employee, I appreciated the experience of working here. I do suggest for the management team to be more mindful of their responses to employees and I do suggest the management team to be more conscientious to their staff. Managers and assistant managers would create an unwelcome and uninviting vibe. I do believe that management team does have a very professional interaction with customers. They just need improvement in the way that they handle staff
I had the pleasure of meeting Denise today, she checked my items out for me and gave me helpful tips. She also just started her career at the store, so I’m very pleased to see her taking such great care of clients already. I come to this store multiple times a week, have spend thousands of dollars, well worth it!
We buy handcrafts for my son from here, for a long time, and we time for the excellent service provided by them.
Visited store and got an offer to subscribe my email and get 40% off. the cashier applied the 40% off on an already clearance item values $3! I asked why don’t you apply discount on the most expensive item? …. this is how our system configured!!!! I bought a full price item at 16$ and you do not apply 40% off on it, but apply it on an already discounted item? The difference between 40% of 3$ or $16 is only $5.2 but the damage you are making to your own brand is $1000’s of dollars if not more. I will moving forward recognize your brand as the one you presented it to me and share it here so others will see it and decide for themselves!

I visit the store regularly and it is always a positive experience.The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well kept. Deborah the manager is fantastic and always attends to my inquiries with care and treats the staff and the clients with respect. Highly recommended
One stop shop for all your Arts needs. I went there to get some oil paints and pastels, although I didn't find a wide variety of pastels but the top brands were there. In my opinion the prices are just a little high compared to some online shops. Over all I would recommend Michaels for a range of Arts and crafts shopping.
It's hard to find what you're looking for in store, and there are not enough employees there to help you.
