The staff here is so dedicated. After a balloon accidentally floated up to the high ceiling, River jumped into action and found creative solutions to get it down which eventually worked! I certainly won’t forget The Great Balloon Adventure of 2023 and the many laughs with the staff! She even used a red ballon to get the other balloon down to show her michaels spirit! Danielle and another woman whose name I don’t remember were also so friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! Thank you!
We love Michael's! It has a great variety, a wonderful website, coupons and reasonable prices! We have always been very happy with our purchases from there.
Great little store. Pleasantly cluttered with all kinds of crafty stuff. The checkout looked scary but it actually went much quicker than I expected looking at the length of the line. I wish they had more yarn there, especially fancier yarns. There is a lot of stuff to inspire you to do some crafting

I love Michaels. They have some very special things there. I was able to get the makings for my new outdoor Christmas wreath. I was very pleased with that. Usually if you ask if they had any coupons to help you out on your total, they usually do. Another thing I like about Michaels.
Michael's and I have a love/hate relationship!!! I am officially on Santa's naughty list for leaving my husband in the truck while I went inside Michael's to grab 1 one single Christmas tree. Somehow I got lost. We all know how this ends so I won't go any further. At least sugar plums will be dancing in my head!!
A great place because of the staff. They are outstanding! They are always helpful and patient with me and my questions. The Sunday craft projects are fun and inspiring. I have to say that Lilly was especially courteous today, after I had a negative experience at a competitor's store. This team knows how to work retail together!
Extremely RUDE WORKERS. Went to pick up order stood inline..the lady took me to side to give me order one of the package was open so I wanted to return they made me get back into line and stand in line for the second time
Always great coupons with their rewards program.
