It seems like they’ve greatly increased the amount of moderately priced* pre-made home decor that is offered in the store and decreased the amount of crafting supplies. I can find stuff I need 25% of the time I go in there. When I’m there, staff is helpful and friendly, so four stars instead of two. * = moderately priced when using a coupon.
First time I've shopped here and I was surprised to see the prices. Things are reasonably priced at least for me, I'm cheap. Ended up getting extra things because they were on discount 60% off. The employees are also very helpful. I will be going back.
the employees are friendly and helpful. the aisles are a bit small, and can be difficult to navigate with a cart. I do love their selection of products though, so it's with dealing with the tight layout.
My favorite store for supplies, everything from crafting, home decor, unique gifts, to special events in one place. I enjoy walking in or ordering online because their service is excellent.
They don't have as much as they us we to. I needed help and a worker/manager with short blond hair just walked past me not saying a word after saying excuse to me my could I as I'm be a bit question. Than found another worker/manager was helpful pleasent to talk to and got my we questions as nswered.
I mean I got this cute picture, but that’s about it. I went in search for baking items just to find the aisles almost completely empty. I took a look at their silicone molds and was disgusted at the fact that they’re partially black and dirty from being on the floor. I picked up at least 2-3 molds from the floor and hung them. They should pull those dirty molds and at least clean them.
What's not to love about Michaels?? They have great prices, awesome selection, and there's always good deals to be found! I always love visiting when I'm in Visalia! I only wish there was one in Porterville!
I went in to get a custom built canvas, and the employee made alot of mistakes on my order. He couldn't get the order correct on the laptop! Took to long to complete my order.
Store is so clean and has a great shopping choices
They have such a great variety of hobby and craft supplies. The quality of the products are great too
