This is a convenient Michael’s location and has a great selection. In store pickup works well and the staff are helpful. My only complaint is that the restrooms are not available for use without having to track down an employee.
One of the best Michael’s stores , great selection on art crafts and supplies very clean. This is my to go store when Im doing any project. Right now it’s Christmas decor and crafts. Recommended for all you drafters looking for supplies.
Love this Michaels store. It is by far the best Michaels I've gone to. Most definitely the cleanest, and it's well stocked with so many products to choose from, not to mention the friendliest store I've ever been to in their chain. It's now my favorite place to go to for all my craft needs sorry hobby lobby, but you're now #2 in my books. Prices are relatively comparable to other hobby stores, but will say, their selection beats most others.
Nathan framing manager is RUDE UNHELPFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, hides in the office when he does not want to attend to customers. I was looking for a reliable glue for glass I placed 2 different types of glue on the counter and asked which one would actually work best I don't know if he was having a bad day or just not happy with his job he could have pointed and not said anything or called someone else but he raised his voice extended his arms inches away from touching my mid chest if i didn't backup quickly he would have pushed me and said I cannot help you. I told him ugh ok you must be out of your mind and I quickly confronted the store manager that contacted the district manager that had me contact a Corp manager than I spoke to a Risk manager it was exhausting. A customer behind me witnessed and looked scared. According to all management they will be reviewing the camera footage as I told them it is all caught on tape. Now being said I didn't know as a framing manager you can pick and choose your battles but its obvious he went against Michaels Mission Statement "Quality Customer Service"
After unsuccessfully shopping for casting resin at all the usual hardware stores, they claimed they sold it but had no inventory, we went to Michaels and found what we needed. Michaels always seems to carry what we need when we need it and it always has interesting merchandise. Our, okay my, latest project is bird houses and little garden houses and figurines. Michaels has a large variety of accessories and ground cover.
Don't route your UPS packages here. Elizabeth was very helpful in trying to investigate, but unfortunately another staff member either gave it to the wrong person or kept it. Manager couldn't even offer an apology and only directed me back to UPS which did nothing. Don't risk leaving anything valuable in the possession of one of their at best, untrained or at worst, dishonest employees. There was a label on the box that clearly identified the contents inside so draw your own conclusions.
The store is ok, but the products supported by their corporate office are cheap and chinzey. Brand CELEBRATE IT especially. Advertised as tablecloth 60 x 84 turned out to be 60 x 76. Took it back found another one. when I got home turned out to be 60 x 79. Called corporate headquarters in Irving, TX. I am still waiting for an email response and refunds. Customer service at corporate level is horrible.
Always a great shopping experience. But wait, there's more. Michaels has mystery boxes for ten bucks. That's right, it looks like there were past holiday items and unsold clearance items. But that was cool and a smart idea.
The place is packed with almost everything you need for the hobbyist. Except for the items we needed. I still highly recommend them for your projects. Check out the Christmas items that are discounted by 80%
If you need something relating to an artistic project, they probably have it! They have lots of artificial flowers and picture frames and things to make you successful in making most anything!
