Do not order curbside pick up. I waited for 20 minutes after following the directions of curbside pick up. Called the store to see if they were notified I have arrived. She said yes. I said I can come in and pick up the order if that’s easier. Meaning I’ve been sitting here for quite a while. She said no I’ll have someone run it right out to you. Waited another 20 minutes. Went into the store to pick it up, the order was sitting right at the front door with all other pick up orders. The woman who is upfront with customers at self check out, had no customers, and was standing idle by herself.
It was the craft store next to the book store we intended to visit and so, stopped by to find a replacement round clock insert for my wood clock. The Christmas inventory was 70% off and found some small wreath decorations. No clock parts and will try the competition next trip as they stock 10x the merchandise and awesome selection. The frame dept staff provided an answer and self checkout eased the shopping trip.
Disappointed today in my visit to the store. I typically try to avoid using "self checkout" anywhere because I feel it takes away from human jobs so when I went to check out there was one actual register open. Mind you, no one else was in line, just me. The girl asked if I was paying by cash or card. I said card and she immediately directed me to the self checkout. I asked her why she couldn't check me out and she just looked at me like I asked her to donate her kidney instead of doing her job!!! I don't know. I guess I should not be so upset about it but in this day and age when people are looking for work, shouldn't we be going to the HUMAN instead of the computer?
Shouldn’t offer curbside pickup if no one will come out to deliver the order. Ridiculous that it’s an option, maybe this location should only allow in store pickup.
Our one stop shop for art and craft supplies. We shop here occasionally for my daughter to get specific art pencils and blenders. We have also bought canvas and paints here. They had an art desk on sale here, but the last one was broken so we ordered elsewhere. This is a convenient art supply stop nearby.
Always have a pleasant time shopping here. Never really had any issues, and everyone is usually pretty helpful.

absolutely horrendous service lately here, when I called the manager one of the workers here rudely hung up on me. also not very satisfied with the new use of self checkouts and how when I asked for help on one of them the cashiers didn’t even care or come to help :/
We have used the framing department at the Michael's in Easton twice and I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is patient, helpful, creative and willing to work with you to make sure the finished result is what you want even though the finished results have been above our expectations! If you have something which needs framing I would not hesitate for a moment to bring it here.
