On a good note, they have good discounts which you will need if you shop there as they are more expensive than Amazon. I like supporting local businesses; but, they make it hard to do so. I have used their online shopping with curbside several times. Yesterday, I waited curbside for over 25 minutes and finally had to go inside to fetch my items I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go inside. My order was not complete. Each time I'm hoping it will be better. Each time it isn't. The online cart will say I have the items. I'll receive message stating ready for pick-up. But when I or my husbands gets there, the order is either not ready or incomplete. If you don't have an item, just say so. . .
Had plenty help, for assistants in store and check out. Everyone was polite and friendly. Had a very pleasant experience. Except for some reason my member number had been kicked out of the machine but the young lady put everything back in.Thank you. I highly recommend this Michael's.
Everything was stocked and super neat! My only complaint is that there were 3 check out lights on, but only 1 person actually checking people out. I waited over 10 minutes for my turn. There were several people behind me as well. Not very practical when you just go in for a few things.
Went there looking for rolls of snow and they said they were out. But, they had used snow they were selling for $2 / bag. Went to Walmart the next day and found exactly what I was looking for in plenty of supply.
Need to find new latches for jewelry. When upon entering Michael’s I came across so much more. I then remembered I needed 1/2 inch round double side adhesive which zI also found at Michael’s. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice size craft store with many craft items and then some.
This would be my wife's favorite store. Usually have good deals and never to busy.
Very very happy with the framing and matting job of the two photographs my wife and I took while traveling. Left is door of St. Steven's Church in Mainz, Germany and right is a door on a home in Memphis, Egypt. We had the photos enlarged by Fine Art America and delivered the posters to Michael's. Many thanks to Nancy who helped put together the matting choises with the colors and Ashley who put everything together. Flawless work. Thank you both so much.
70% off on custom framing. They do a nice job, but it is very expensive, so the sale made a big difference. Will have framed item back in about two weeks .
Was very disappointed. Haven't got a lot of stuff, what they have is way to expensive
Check out the pictures of what we used these wonderful Michael's Dried Flowers for: they are beautiful and so real-life!! If you want excellent service for your home projects like me and the wife did they head over to Michaels as one of your options because the staff gave us some great support!
