We’ve been Michaelangelo’s customers for 25 years. Since the new ownership changes occurred. There are more exciting options on the menu and now have the best garlic knots. On the downside they don’t pay attention their customers enough, nor to what they are doing. Hence I ordered a salad pizza slice w chicken on top. Not on their menu. I told them I’d pay whatever it costs. If they put out chicken Parm pizza, then there should be prepped diced chicken. When I came in to pick it up, I was told I couldn’t have chicken on top of it. WHAT?? I would have paid whatever they charged to grab a handful of the same chicken they put on their specialty pizza, even ice cold. Another time I picked up a Greek salad which had spring greens instead of any Romaine lettuce when their menu specifically notes it’s has Romaine. This was only one of the confused orders we’ve received. If they improve their service, they would get a 5-star rating from me.
Love this place!! Pizza is always fresh with the best pizza guys behind the counter. Ordered a chicken and pasta dinner and it was enough to feed two! Great portions for the pricing. New owners are very supportive of the community, the cashier behind the counter was selling Girl Scout cookies for her troop! Would definitely recommend for a local pizza joint.
Very good pizza, good customer service , Super bad Delivery service ... If they could get the order right the first time ! I give them 5 in my books .. the last couple times we ordered pizza for delivery, it took 2-3 delivery to get one order right ..Food: 5/5
Had the Shrimp Marinara, only 5 Shrimp. I will not be eating there again. Very small portion.
As always, a great meal at at great value. My favorite is the Clams Luciano and Chicken Scarpiello with Sausage and Hot Cherry Peppers...

Me and my mom love this place!!! We usually go here once a week, the food is great , we enjoy our time together it’s clean and for the most times not so noisy, we have the best service and his name is Doug we love him he takes very good care of us!!!!!
Fabulous food! Always enough to take some home and have dinner for another night! Excellent, friendly service! Wheelchair accessibility: Even though the front doors are a little tricky for a wheelchair, we usually don't have any trouble getting in. The tables are designed perfectly for the wheelchair user to eat comfortably.
