My passion and experience has been working with tween's, teen's, and young adults to help overcome life's challenges.
Michelle is an LCSW and has over 10 years of experience working with tweens, teens, and young adults. Are you a parent struggling with your youth's behaviors at home and/or school? Or are you going through transitions in life and need direction? If so, I am here to provide guidance and support to empower you or your child to reach their true potential.
I have a strong background in treating individuals with a variety of life struggles which includes: behavioral problems, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, self-esteem, and/or life transitions/challenges.
Since every individual is unique, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Person-Centered, Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Strengths-Based. Through a personalized approach, I am able to assist clients in gaining insight into changes that need to occur and assist clients in building necessary skills to make these positive changes.
