Our Philosophy
After teaching Pilates & Fitness to others both in their homes, at local health clubs, studios and owning my own studio for 6 years, I have found true contentment teaching from my home. No rules to follow except those of my clients who direct my path; pleasing them pleases me.
I have been fortunate to have traveled to several other places in the past few years and my favorite quote is that of the Italians..."La Dolce Vita" which means live the sweet life! They put friends and family first and work second. Ive come to the realization that exercise, as important as it is, is not worth sacrificing your health, family or time. We make it a daily priority to eat healthy and exercise but are not obsessed. We have a great social network, enjoy each other and working out as part of a healthy lifestyle!

Boot Camp for all ages & abilities, indoor and out

Incline Trainer (treadmill)
Spinner Pro

Gliding Discs
Hand Weights
Medicine Balls
Kettlebells
Rebounder (mini trampoline)
We will be working out primarily indoors with an occasional outdoor session of boot camp & TRX so bring your sneakers (clean of course), a bottle of water & a great attitude. We're gonna sweat and enjoy it!
