The staff and Michelle are wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met and surpassed. I tell everyone I can to get prescriptions and shop there.
I called for a covid test and almost everywhere around is free but they wanted almost $100 a test I just went to Walgreens instead
Kudos to Michelle's Pharmacy and their great staff in Carlinville. I had some medication I needed to pick up and tried my best to get there yesterday before they closed. But my trip from work in Litchfield to Michelle's got me there about 2 minutes after they were closed. There were still employees inside, but I could not get anyone's attention. I thought I would try going around to the drive-thru window, but it had already been shut down as well. But as I left the drive thru, here comes someone walking out with my prescription. Just stop back by and pay when you have a chance. Michelle's in Gillespie was awesome when my mom was in Staunton at The Glenwood. This is what smalltown service is about and it's why I shop local when I can.
I won't ever personally use them. Just having a phone conversation with one of the staff members trying to get a script transferred, she was rude.
