This is a community group designed to help educate and offer support for people who would like to adopt a healthier diet and lifestyle.
Our monthly meetings offer a place where people of like minds can come together and learn, have fun and enjoy getting healthier with others. This group will be a support team for each other. We offer monthly education and have plant based food potlucks as well as group outings and get togethers as often as you choose. We will change the health of our community…one person at a time, starting with you. We encourage people to get to know each other and come to our monthly meetings held the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
