We are located in Niles, Michigan and Granger, Indiana. We provide home care services to qualifying patients located in Berrien, Cass, Saint Joseph, Van Buren, Allegan, Ottawa, Kent, and Kalamazoo counties of Michigan, as well as St. Joseph, Elkhart, La Porte, Porter, Starke, Kosciusko, La Grange and Marshall Counties in Indiana.*
