Normally I don't do reviews but this place is very well deserving of. The staff are amazing and I mean, absolutely amazing! I have never been greeted by a more pleasant and comforting group of women. Dee, and all of the front desk staff are awesome! At My Community Dental I always feel a part of the dental family. The Dentist here take a professional, compassionate, approach in all they do with confident results. They put together plans if needed, as well as, taking care of you in the event of an emergency situation. All around this facility on Kalamazoo Ave in Kentwood, I highly recommend as they perform a comfortable, caring, and profession dentistry practice that keeps you smiling BIG with confidence. Everyone was so nice and respectful. My dentist listened to what I had to say and asked questions. She really eased my anxiety and made me very comfortable with my visit. I think I'm going to enjoy going to the dentist for the very first time in over 60 years. Thank you so much!
My experience was good this morning. The hygentist is very friendly and she talked me through the process. She is caring and encouraging to keep up the good work.
Went thru years of addiction and ruined my teethbetween that and having secere nausea with pregnancies dr zona fixed my entire mouth and gave me an entire new smile. I went from hating to smile with my teeth to having the biggest smile. He pulled all the tops and bottomsin 2 visits- he was going to do it in 1 visit but i chose to due 2 visits so i could enjoy holiday food i spent 15 mins in the chair to get my bottoms out and about 20 for my tops. He was quick and painless. I received my dentures a couple months later and couldnt be happier. I also bring my kids as well. They do great work on kids and adults here. If you are late even just a couple mins tho they will reschedule you- just be on time and you will be fine. Ive recommended several friends and my fiance and theyve had their dentures/partials done there as well by dr zona. They are completely happy with the outcome and were pleasantly surprised with how fast he did their teeth as well!
Very happy with everything. Dayisha was very outgoing and made me feel at ease, at least as much as you can while visiting the dentist. Both she and the dentist seemed very knowledgeable. The building was bright and clean looking also.
I’ve been coming to MCDC - Kentwood for about 5-6 years and have even moved across town and still come to this location for my dentist appointments. I always feel well taken care of and accommodated for. My needs are always met and specifically, the hygienist Dayisha is the reason I make it a point to drive 15-20 minutes to still be a patient here. I know that I likely pass dozens of other dentist offices en route to this Kentwood office but sitting in Dayisha’s chair makes the commute worthwhile. She’s ALWAYS thorough and on it so give her the raise she deserves and then some.
Dentists. We all know someone who gets anxiety going or feels like it's the worst thing ever, like getting your teeth pulled. Haha. Pun pun. This place has me at ease. They were amazing with their customer service and had a gentle hand during a cleaning and eased my worry. Brush and floss my friends. Always. Can't wait to go back and get my dental health on track.
Today was my second appointment at this clinic. Everyone at this office are so kind, courteous, & respectful. They explained what treatment I was getting before starting & answered my questions. I’ll return here for my dental needs & highly recommend the dental care here!
Dr Shrikian was great! She made sure several times during my fillings that I was comfortable. I take my toddler here and they are great with her. Staff is very friendly!
