Fantastic customer experience. Went in thinking I'd be screwed over because I dropped my never used laptop 4 days before school started with no warranty. They gave me a new one and a pen at a discounted price. Very friendly, very understanding, and it's like the staff are just family, they seem to love there jobs and have fun with each other. Quick service as well, could not recommend enough.
Make sure you make an appointment if you need to have something fixed or training. But very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Been an Apple guy for years but Microsoft's service and newest hardware sold me. Definitely worth a look
Such a great experience! After 2 frustrating days trying the HP and Microsoft help lines both told me I'd have to wipe my computer and lose everything, I took my laptop into the Microsoft Store. They helped me right away. Erik Shane was able to get me into my computer and recover almost everything. No charge for the service. No pressure to buy anything. I didn't even buy my laptop there. Thank you, Erik! *PS for sure buying my next laptop there. I owe you guys.
At 6pm my computer screen started having a hardware issue. By 6:30 we were fortunate enough to be in the Microsoft store in Easton and were immediately helped. We figured out the issue and since my warranty wasn't up yet we decided to swap out the computer for a new one. The two associates that were helping me were so awesome at informing and helping me choose which laptop to switch mine out with. We decided on a super cool one that both employees recommended, and went right into switching over the warranty. They pulled some strings and made it to where the warranty for the new computer cheaper than what I would have been paying originally. I recommend this store to anyone, no matter the issue, big or small. 10/10
Do not buy from the store! The staff is very nice, but not very knowledgable. I spent over 6 hours in this store across multiple visits in two days for them to finally be able to transfer my data correctly. Today updates were installed on my computer and I got a total green screen with no access to anything else. The online solutions didn't work, and the toll free number wait was over an hour. I called the store and they had no one there that could help me in spite of the fact that I paid several hundred dollars for ongoing technical support.
Great store! I missed the free windows 10 upgrade after July 2016, and I decided to purchase a Windows 10 Pro license from the Microsoft Store. The associates were very knowledgeable, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. They even offered to install it for me, but I didn't need them to install Windows 10 Pro since I'm in the tech industry and know what I'm doing.
Surprisingly very disappointing experience on Thanksgiving day. The store hardly had 10 customers right after open and more sales persons when I walked in. Asked about a phone deal with trade-in. First the sales guy seemed he was forcefully dragged in to work, no smile whatsoever. He didn't know the details of the deal, he asked his associate who didn't know the details either. He started talking on his mic to someone. 10 min of waiting and he started helping another customer after telling me they are still waiting to figure it out. That's when I left the store.
I damaged my computer which I use daily for work and decided to make the trip to Columbus to go to the Microsoft Store in hopes of getting my Surface Book repaired more quickly than it would be if I mailed it out. After getting there, I realized that I couldn't find my original receipt in my email and it wasn't coming up on my Microsoft account. It took a few minutes and some digging, but the staff was a great help and went way above and beyond, going as far as to hook me up with a scratch-and-dent newer model after we could verify that I was still under warranty. What I thought was going to be a stressful, expensive day worked out better than I even considered. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Clean store with a ton of product availability. It's great to be able to actually hold and look at things before buying them. The prices, from what I can see, are comparable to online prices. Staff was very friendly and willing to discuss product specs and costs freely.
I've been to the store a few times since it has opened. Each time I've been in the customer service has been excellent. No matter if I am in to shop, for service or anything else the attention to detail and customer service are top notch. If you're looking for a new computer, the Microsoft Store offers Signature PCs from other brands which come without all of the bloatware that the manufacturers tend to install on PCs you might buy at big box stores.
