It's a nice microsoft store! Helpful people, large amount of computer, free HTC vive experience, got tons of events too, especially xbox gaming night for kids hahaha!
First I scheduled my appointment online which was super easy. Then I got there and they saw me right away and I was offered a drink : Jay S then proceeded to help me and take care of everything I needed done and was super helpful. I would also like to add that and older gentleman came in around the same time I did. He carried with him these two ancient laptops. And with kindness and patience the employee helped him out, It was really awesome.

A great store full of cool stuff, but most importantly a great customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I came with some issues on my device and they replaced what damaged for free and in no time. I would definitely recommend buying any Microsoft product here. Things are not cheap, but the assistance provided by the customer service after the purchase is worth every single dollar. A visit to this store is mandatory if visiting the Prudential center, at least to play a bit with the amazing products Microsoft keeps releasing year after year.
The guys at the store are usually good, however, the experience I had today was not good at all. I stopped by to check the virtual reality sets. An employee who happened to be near the sets made me feel very unwelcome, He was rude and provided no information at all, as if he wanted me to regret coming there at all, which Im sure is the exact opposite of what is paid to do there. I asked him if I can talk to his supervisor, he said, without checking, that his supervisor is busy, implying that I should just leave! Of course, I insisted that he should at least inform his supervisor about my query to see him. It turns out his supervisor was standing on the other side of the store not doing much. The supervisor was OK. He barely apologized for the situation, but at least he did send another associate who unlike the previous one, did his job. He demonstrated the set and answered my questions. I find the troubling behavior of that first employee quite unusual, an outlier if you wish, but the damage a person like that can do to your business can be significant. So I felt obliged to write about this, since the people who this person harms more are his colleagues at the store, most of them hardworking honest young guys.
Came in with a horrible, laggy laptop. Julia was so helpful, and provided great customer service and replaced my laptop and got an upgrade for free when it became clear there was no hope. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one. Very happy, my only regret is that I should have come earlier!!
Great customer service and support. I received a brand new adapter for my Surface Book that I didn't even buy directly from them when I took it for a revision since the original adapter was partially working. had a faulty USB port. And the replacement had higher wattage. The service was very quick and the issue resolved on the spot. Very happy with them
Superb! The products they have are impressive and quite appealing. Thinking about the surface pro and studio for myself. But they have quite the selection of choices to consider. Manny, one of their staff, was really helpful, welcoming, and had good energy, thanks for your time! He walked me through some of my questions about the Hololens, and Surface Studio.
Gotta say, this Microsoft store is awesome. The staff is really friend and takes good care of you even offering a beverage! I stopped in due to a technical issue with one or my Microsoft devices pro-tip, for service visits, schedule an appt ahead of time. The technician, Stephanie, was so surprisingly knowledgeable and friendly. As a tech enthusiast aka geek, I'm pretty accustomed to being disappointed by the lack of in-depth knowledge service techs have about their own hardware and hours of pointless tests they usually have me wait through before coming to the same conclusion as me. Stephanie got to the root of the problem immediately and offered useful solutions to move forward. It's so great to see Microsoft stepping up their game in customer support finally, and I'm glad to own one of their devices.
Customer service was great but tech team called me in 15 minutes to pick up my computer with bad news new one fresh out the box multiple update issues where the whole IHD had to be replaced not happy with the brand MS or Dell every time I get or am gifted a Dell laptop the same thing happens every single time now at 9 times all brand new out the box except 2. With that said Microsoft or the laptop company has a glitch.
