My child's favorite store. If you visit here, your child will enjoy Minecraft. You can try different games on different platforms for free.
I didn't think about making an appointment when I stopped in to purchase additional storage just an SD card because I didn't think it was necessary. The new update is huge and, even though I know I have enough space on my PC, I needed more storage because of the gargantuan update and the space it requires. I had to wait an hour for the 1 tech available. After the hour, I showed up and explained what I needed. The tech "ran an app" to tell me what was taking up my storage despite me telling him I knew what it was. I purchased an SD card, we started the moving of files which I completed at home because there were a lot of files that had to be moved, and that was it. Although the tech was nice, I shouldn't have had to wait an hour for a simple purchase. The 7 other salespeople in the store couldn't handle this?
Joanna provided excellent customer service. Rather than have me wait 45 minutes for the next appointment time, she proactively assisted and resolved all my outstanding items. She deserves to be commended!
AI really like this store, they have everything and you ca play for a little be in a computer or even in the xbox
The staff here has always been very pleasant and welcoming whenever I walk in. They were able to show me a few of the models based on specs that I was interested, and walk me through some of the perks/features that they had to offer. If you're shopping around for a new comp and want to see it in person first, the employees of this store made the shopping experience really smooth for me.
Rating the store and staff not the product. I went ready to buy a laptop as i knew what i wanted and looked around for about half an hour... in that time, not a single staff member approached me or asked me if i needed any help. So i left and did not buy anything out of spite and from lack of assistance. Going to order direct from manufacturer site instead.
This store is always super clean, sparkling even, with sharply dressed and attentive staff. This whole studio just feels like effort was put in to make the customer have the best experience. Always lots of demos to try of all different curreny day devices and games. They even have occasional events and giveaways. Their store has a wide selection of devices as well and if they dont have what you seek they're usually good at bringing it in from another store in a prompt manner. If you know what you want and not what you're looking for, this store is ideal. However if you've got something in mind but cant find it, this is also the place to be. Store is a 10/10 on helpfulness, cleanliness, and professionalism.
I had a Kensington docking station for the surface pro love it but it had a major issue today 2/20. Brought it in with an hour left till close. The team got me "squeezed" in for an appointment and now I have solid direction on how to get my replacement. If they had the docking station there I would have had the replacement. Truly a pleasure to be around people like Thea who you feel honestly want to help. Number one reason to keep going back. Thank you and I will be back.
Yesterday I bought a surface pro, mouse, and pen after working with Tom and Sean. Both had such genuine excitement about the product that made my decision to buy easy. Sean gave a great demo and instructions on how these products can fit into my daily life and career. Highly recommend this location
Good service. Chris helped me set my new surface up in the store. Would recommend going in if you're interested in a product, the people at least the ones I met were knowledgeable.
