Multi level shopping area with Bloomingdale’s as main anchor store. There was a Nordstrom here but it just recently closed. The building/venue is upscale and there is security walking around the mall and some stores have manned entrances. Good selection of chain stores and some smaller ones I wasn’t familiar with. Zara, Tory Burch, Coach, Adidas, Madewell, American Eagle, Vans, Lululemon, Sephora, Burberry, H&M, JCrew, and Kate Spade to name a few. Various food vendors throughout mall and a number of additional food providers in the food court on the lower level. A number of which specialize in Asian, Indian, and Korean foods, teas, and desserts.
Quite a large shopping center in the city center near the cable car stop. Many levels for shopping, however, the mall is half emptied, only half the floors have shops in operation while majority of the upper levels are blocked off. The food court is located on the lowest floor, and it seems to be the most popular area in this centre
It’s true! The San Francisco’s downtown mall is dead. Westfield pulled out of the mall due to significant decrease in sales and occupancy level. Visiting here for a few days and wanted to see for myself, before it’s all gone. This used to be my stomping grounds. Especially Nordstrom. It was my “heaven”. Now it’s filled with empty spaces. No more crowds. No more eateries. Some people brought their lunch because there are tables available. Hardly any foot traffic. It’s a ghost town!! I’m still leaving five stars for the great memories. You will be terribly missed!!
This shopping mall gives you a different feeling. It’s massive and beautiful. This place has a food court, man branded shops, and a cinema too. I’m not sure about on-site car park. Very convenient place for public transport.
I have been to SF a few times but this is the first time I went to Westfield due to bad weather. Very nice building, especially the restrooms in Bloomingdale’s are very clean. Overall a good place to stay when it is raining outside.
If you're looking for a shopping experience that truly has it all, look no further than Westfield San Francisco Centre! This massive shopping mall is home to a huge variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it the perfect destination for anyone who loves to shop and explore. With so many different shops to choose from, you're sure to find something that suits your taste and budget. From high-end luxury brands to affordable fashion retailers, there's truly something for everyone here. And if you're not in the mood to shop, you can always catch a movie, grab a bite to eat, or simply stroll around and people-watch. What really sets Westfield San Francisco Centre apart, though, is the sheer size of the place. With multiple floors and hundreds of stores, it's impossible to see everything in one visit. But that's part of the fun - every time you come back, there's always something new to discover! The staff at Westfield San Francisco Centre are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is bustling and energetic. Whether you're in town for a day or you're a local looking for a new shopping spot, Westfield San Francisco Centre is definitely worth a visit. So grab your wallet and your walking shoes, and get ready to explore this amazing shopping destination!
Westfield is always very fun. i went to the movie theater on the top floor and it was very good. nice service, good popcorn, cheap tickets, etc. the mall itself is beautiful at night, and the food court has lots of very great food. would definitely recommend the movie theater and just the mall itself!
Depends which door you're entering, it doesn't look like a mall from the entrance. The food court is mainly Asian cuisine Miniso pick the right location which is infront of the escalator at the food court. I'll come back to try every dish at the Ajisen Ramen.
The dome is pretty and it’s nice to walk around, but it’s a pretty dead mall. Not a lot of shops or people. Half the area is empty. Also, I tried 2 restrooms, and none of them had a baby changing station. It took a really long time to find the parking garage too.
Sad because Malls are dying. I'm 38 and grew up in good courts and Sam Goodeys. This mall however is still hopping and beautiful! The architecture inside is stunning!
