If I could give less than one star I would I was unaware I was even a customer of there's bc my dealership sold my liens without my knowledge. I am being charged late fees and fees that don't even exist. I will be contacting a lawyer about this. Y'all make sure you read your contract very very carefully!!
Dealer be aware of this company DO NOT SELL YOUR ACCOUNTS to these people they would torture you emotionally and make you look bad in your customers eyes. They have an horrible customers service and would call you every day. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM
This company taught me to keep call records with names. I call to let them know I lost my job and I got another one but my payment will be late. Person on the phone said it was okay accounts dont go for repo until 90 days, there is a deferment option but make your account current first. I call on the day I indicated to pay and was now told by another person that my car was up for repo ALREADY. And they wanted me to pay an additonal $158 to apply the deferment option. I went to my bank to get a loan for the amount of my car just to change servicers.
My experience was great with MidAtlantic. They always answered payment was quick and smooth. I received my title quickly after my payoff. I will definitely use them again. I won't be using the dealership Mandingo Used Cars who uses MidAtlantic that's for sure. The dealership has their name as the lienholder which is shady behavior
These people were great to me. They give you plenty of days to pay. They always answer. Every payment was smooth. They sent my title days after it was fully purchased. Easy online payments. I want them to finance my next vehicle. Every payment was tracked. They even sent me a small check for what we overpaid.
Seem pretty good so far been a year haven't had a problem and if I have to pay out of pocket for certain things to be fixed on the car they push a payment back for me and I pay it the following month, never overcharged me or my card and everyone I spoke with so far seems pretty cool.
This is the worst place I've ever had to deal with. Dont even deserve 1 star. Bought the car from. Airport auto and they transfered our account to here without telling me. We've had the car for a year exact and never had problems from paying air port auto until this company. We've always paid our payments which is bi weekly. They have taken multiple times money off my card over 1000 and it's been several different times I've had to block my card and call to Make a payment then block them right back. I've made a complaint to the BBB with proof and everything from fraud, scam, ect still waiting on a call and papers furthermore. They constantly calland harass you even when you just made a payment. Now they're telling me we have am interest fee of 410 dollars when I've never had one before and my payments are only 160 and some change bi weekly. Also in order to send BBB information mid Atlantic refused to send me my history payments but when they did my payments on my bank statements have way more than theirs did. So money that's been taken out going God knows where and when asked to speak to the person in charge they refused and when asked to speak to someone I could understand I was nice about it they hung up on me. So I hope BBB takes care of it.
They have taken $512 worth of unauthorized payments out of our account in a little over 24 hours. We only authorized one payment of $256. These people are crooks! Would give negative stars if possible.
How can a company that makes money by collecting money owed, not accept all cards, cash app is a major card people use to pay bills but for some reason this company doesn't take cash app or chime, sounds funny if you ask me.
Furious! I’m 5 months away from pay off and due to a mess up on their end I now have to either come up with double payments or be forced to refinance. When I tried to get help they said I couldn’t defer my payment cause I already did a YEAR AGO! The woman I spoke to was rude. Kept talking over me and raising her voice. Definitely disappointed in this company.
