I had a biopsy done at this facility and I had such a WONDERFUL experience!! Lady called me before the procedure and explained everything that was going to happen. She really calmed my nerves! She held my hand throughout the procedure and was truly comforting!! Dr. Setlik was wonderful as well. Allison, the technician, was fantastic as well! I had such a nice, professional, warm group of people taking care of me!! Thank you!!
Great experience. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and technologists were wonderful. I didn't have a long wait. All my exams ran smoothly. Facility is very clean. Thank you!
I was told to come in early to fill out paperwork, 15 min pass my actual appointment was when I actually got to fill paperwork. Receptionist have no professionalism. For a simple MRI I waited over 2 hours. This place overbook patients, waiting room is packed with patients. Worst medical facility I've been in.
Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I was taken on time, and all the staff was courteous and professional. I've been going for here for years and always have a positive experience.
It was quick at check in, although girl at check in needs to be more pleasant with greeting like looking up, saying good morning. The rest of the staff was wonderful, friendly & ready to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
On-site experience was wonderful – both the person checking in and doing the scan were friendly, polite, and professional. Some initial confusion with them booking the wrong scsn that took a while to correct - but once I arrived, I was very impressed.
Everyone who I dealt with were Great! Linda, Elizabeth and woman at the reception area as well. Very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
Excellent services in every way. to make the appointment and the way they received me, very politely and they explained everything clearly. Clean, well organize and nice people.
