Mid-Michigan Health Park

They were full so had to spend some time in waiting room, but not there fault. The younger gentleman behind the front desk was very nice and even got me a water. And when called back doctor John was right on with evaluating the situation and gave me the correct medicine and care in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this ER. Thx not out of the water fully but I'm feeling so much better already.

I went to the ER after not being able to keep any food or liquids in, completely dehydrated and with a terrible headache, needing and IV and medication, but the ER had me waiting for 3 hours! The first nurse who saw me did not even bring the requested wet towel for my headache after we asked. He was sitting outside chatting with another guy waiting for his shift to be over. I ended up getting good care with the second nurse from the night shift who apologized to me for no one taking care of me until that point! I so appreciated her saying that. Anyhow, no one should need to wait 3 hrs to receive care in an ER!!!

So kind and caring. My daughter and I are very sick and they took great care of us both. I’ll always prefer MidMich. over any other hospital. I’m not sure what all of these negative reviews are. I’ve never once had a bad experience here.

This place is terrible. There’s 6-8 hour waits to even get called back to a room in the ER. An RN just came out & said they’re the only hospital open in mount pleasant right now, and she doesn’t know if they’ll be able to get to everybody. The triage nurse, Precious, was amazing. She really tried to help us understand & really sympathized. But the fact that it’s hours and hours to even get seen is RIDICULOUS.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 6 months to see a primary care doctor and was told she needed to delay the first appointment by another 6 months. Then I was told 30 days before the revised appointment that she was no longer seeing new patients for personal reasons. The person helping on the phone was terrible and gave no information.

When getting “supplies” for a stool sample- it’s not good practice when being asked for a white hat- to just use paper towel to catch it…. Is it no longer standard practice to use these “trays/hats”? If anything tell someone to buy a disposable bowl or something before suggesting paper towels. I went and just bought something else I could use and toss. And yes this is embarrassing to post on here but it’s something I have to do often and would love to know if paper towel is now the standard suggestion?

Nope! Very untrustworthy and by the way also very belittling and condescending! My sis has been extremely unwell for a long time... but after seeing the care that they neglect to give her and how they treat her like a second rate citizen.. I'll sooner pay an attorney to represent her ever hear of patient abandonment? before I ever let mymidMichigan health touch my body! You guys cost more in gas, time, and repeat visits because of the treatment you've failed to give her and you shouldn't even be open!

Brutal, waited for over 3 hours to get my pregnant wife some help. Left and drove to alma and got admitted immediately. Absolutely awful in MP

I had neck surgery last Monday and I’m still having issues eating was told by my surgeon to go to the er when we got their I explained what was going on and they didn’t care at all of the issues I’m having people where coming in with less severity and issues and I say 4 hr and still didn’t get called back that place is a joke they can’t even get their priorities right on who should be seen first

The best Dr's usually a very short wait 5 min clean everyone helpful and polite
