Mid wood is a great place to buy gas and do the farmers market on Saturday morning. Away from all the Hussle and brussel of the small city. Greenhose on the side. Mulch and stones on the front, hardware in the store and handmade bake goods, goods and crafters to the left. Less than 1/4 mile away from two big box stores.
SUPER GREAT PEOPLE. Went out of there way to get us fuel for our pulling hauler. They have room to get your pulling hauler into their station.
My company and I personally shop for everything from fuel and hardware to birdseed and herbicides. Support you local hardware store.
You can get gas or kerosene 24 hours A-day 7 days a week even when the business is closed.
Great service and the general store has alot of items to choose from. The business is very clean.
Buy you yard fertilizer here! Half the price of Scotts. More coverage. Nice people. I also get my 500 gallon diesel tank filled from here. Craig our driver is super nice and takes great care of us. Dan at the fuel desk is great too. They also carry Traeger pellets for our grill and are as cheap as you can find them.
Very helpful and friendly staff; making it a pleasure to go there. Very "Hometown feel", where they quickly know you by first name. Gardening, tools, pet needs, general hardware, work clothes, lots of seasonal items, more. Good gas prices, has diesel. Lots of mulches and stone.

Mid wood is my go to hardware store for obscure hardware that you can't find inn any other store in the area. They also stock an impressive amount of other items that just came be found anywhere else. 5 stars for the John and the helpful staff as well!
We did a large yard renovation last fall and the advice, products and equipment at Mid-Wood gave me the lawn I was looking for. Every question I had went answered very quickly. This place knows how to give you a "Fifth-Third Field" kind of lawn. If you have any questions on how to get a top quality lawn, this is the place to go! A+ all the way around.
