After my well pump failed in sub-freezing temps, Todd came up with a solution that was validated by his research and corroborated by a plumber that should work for my application. Due to circumstances beyond all of our knowledge and control, I ended up working with Todd to modify the optimal solution and he was completely professional and wonderful to deal with through the entire ordeal. Personalized and friendly hits the nail on the head! My family of 6 has running water again thanks to Todd, and they now have a customer for life. The only plumbing store for me. Have made several purchases here over the years as did my parents decades ago. I personally haven't had a toilet problem in many years. Have an old 1980's single piece Kohler. Which I'm pretty attached to~ heyyyy a girl and her toilet! Anyway, took a picture of it, described the problem. Todd knew the toilet features, brought me out a repair kit AND gave me a little in-service on a simple fix. For less then fifty bucks, I fixed my own toilet and am very happy indeed!
