I grew up in the Hershey/Harrisburg area, sold these chips in Father's store and now live in Northern Georgia. Order a big box nearly every three months and my neighbors really look forward to the delivery. Last two times the boxes were smashed as well as some of the precious contents. The shipping folks have no idea what FRAGILE means or simply do not care ! The order before this one also came smashed and opened ! Very disappointing. I obviously do not mind the $20 for shipping, but you really need to invest in a stronger box design so that your chips, not crumbs, are delivered with the expected results. Thanks in advance. JT
What happened to the BBQ seasoning? You guys used to completely coat the chips in the seasoning years ago. Now there's hardly any on them. Fire the person who had the brainless idea of putting less seasoning on them to save money. Lame idea.
I LOVE middleswarth chips, but I just opened a brand new bag, put my hand in, and a chip came out with this hair attached to it I have short blonde hair, it wasn't from me or anyone in my household as I literally just opened the bag..
Love MIDDLEWORTHS CHIPS only wish they would make big bags of Vinegar & Salt chips ,, my favorite.
I have been a loyal customer for 50 plus years. There plain chips don't taste the same now for several months. I called customer service and was told I would receive new ones and never did. Called back several weeks later and got a check in the mail. I believe they had quality issues and they tried to hide it. There is an expiration date on the package for first time. Hello utz.
I have always loved these BBQ chips, but was so disappointed when I ordered a bag with my grocery delivery and realized they contain wheat. I started a wheat free diet January. I suppose it’s my own fault for assuming that chips would not contain wheat and I do not think they should. Lesson learned though, ALWAYS check ingredient labels. For those of you who eat wheat, these actually are awesome chips though. Too bad I can never have them again.

When I was stationed in Germany. I once went AWOL and swam across the Atlantic ocean in search of these these chips sent from the gods above for all man kind to take pleasure in. Totally worth the article 15 and discharge. I would sell my children for these amazing snacks. Middleswarth 2024. Got my vote! Seriously though they're an amazing potato chip and I love them and for those of you who didn't know to make beef jerky which is also amazing
great place to deliver staff are amazing got there the night before you can park on the road side next to the lake with the door on the corner behind you I delivered lose potato that the door you tip in very quick and friend even go a bag of chips in with the deal definitely will be happy to tip there again
The BBQ chips are too sakty and they don't really taste like BBQ. We usually get Here's BBQ chips, but they weren't available when we bought Middleswarth. I think we're going back to Herrs.
