Went for a birth certificate and I left with a birth certificate very happy.. friendly and helpful even during lunch time! Thanks a bunch.

Today I went and paid back taxes that I owed and was so pleased with the customer service. Lee was so kind, and helpful both on the phone and in person! Very informative of what I needed to do and also extended her help by suggesting me to call the local fire dept as I may have a balance there as well. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism as I know it is not always easy dealing with angry customers daily.

All I have to say is RUDE. Went to the Tax Collector and both people I interacted with were absolutely rude. It’s like it’s an inconvenience to them that we come in to pay our taxes. If you’re not going to be a decent customer service person, you should not be working there. Good job representing the great city of middletown. Absolutely disgusted with the attitudes of these people.

It probably wasn't a good idea for Matt Lesser to take money from the Worker Families Party during his election per followthemoney.org. For people that don't know the WFP is the closest party to socialism according to Bernie Sanders.

No fuss, no muss. Always fast in and out. Employees are helpful and if they can't help you, suggest other ways to accomplish what you need to get done.

Props to our mayor and common council for doing everything in their power each day to make Middletown a very wonderful place to live
