If you love yourself or family DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR & ASSOCIATES! When you need to go to specialist cause you get diagnosed with a bad Pulmonary Issue they take weeks to send a fax and even after having to drive to there office to sign release forms they still week later have not sent you legal paperwork over to specialist. I will post screen shots of the text messages soon!
UPDATE DEC 2021: I COMPLAINED ABOUT LA. BUT ACTUALLY I MISS HER. THESE NEW YOUNG GIRLS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE. BARELY PICK UP CROSS UR FINGERS IF THEY DO PICK UP. CAUSE WHEN THEY DO ANSWER THEIR RUDE AS EVER. OR THERE'S 1 WHOS NICE BUT U CAN BARELY HEAR HER. DR LEFT ME NO REFILL ON A NEW MED I STARTED. I CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES N LEFT VMAILS. NOT THINKING ANYTHING OF IT CAUSE THEY NEVER REALLY ANSWER. ALL 2 FIND OUT THEY WON'T BE BACK OPEN TILL JAN 3RD. 4 IS FOR REFILLS I HAD 2 PRESS 3 FOR APPOINTMENTS JUS 2 FIND OUT THEY WONT BE BACK OPEN. Y NOT JUS CHANGE THE WHOLE PHONE MENU 2 LET EVERYONE KNOW Y'all closed till the 3rd. I DIDNT NEED 2 MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT SO Y DID I HAVE 2 PRESS 3 2 FIND THAT OUT? Frm 4 to 3 stars now. An exceptionally outstanding dr's office. The staff is very nice and kind. Drs are informative and want the best care for you. One thing I will say is 1 of the receptionist on call seems like she doesn't like answering the phones all that much other than that. This place is well recommended.
