This is the worst clinic to pick for your child! Every time I take a kiddo to this clinic we’re literally there until we’re the last vehicle in the lot besides the employees! The residents and doctors take like forever asking the kids dumb questions prolonging the appointment! Outrageous! Inconsiderate of your time..Not to mention, I haven’t met one professional Doctor yet!

I would not recommend this clinic the level of professionalism needs work!! My daughter and I Scheduled appointments to see Dr.Pomeranz MD. Referred from the Mequon clinic where my daughter primary physician is on vacation. I called make an appointment online, I made it to the facility five minutes late which is still appropriate time to be accepted. The receptionist accepting me and my daughter checked us in. The receptionist also apologize for Wait and we might be here till 5:30 I said that fine we’ll wait. We waited in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes to be seen my daughter was getting checked in for a high fever she is only two years old. And Covid numbers are spiking and CDC Are pushing more Covid regulations. A Old gentleman Security Guard came to me and asked was I Waiting to be seen being the only patient in the waiting room I say yes I am he goes back to see what’s long. Two young ladies from the back looking like nursing assistance approach me and my daughter, to inform us that that they cannot take us because we were late. I said we were not late and we’ve been sitting here for 15-20 minutes with a two-year-old with a high fever of 101 the young lady still disregard it with no customer concern. Escorted me and my daughter out in the pouring rain. Forcing me to drive to the mayfair clinic across town.I have never been so hurt and disappointment with Children’s Hospital clinic. Would never go BACK Agian midtown Children’s Hospital clinic.

Very unprofessional! Front desk to the medical assistants. Medical assistants are POORLY trained. One I think her name was Brittany didn’t even know how to do proper vitals! Never recommend this place! Only liked Dr. Khan.

We go here because I like my kids doctor and it's good to have the dentist in the same area. But I've never been called at time of scheduled appointment even when showing up more than 15 minutes before. Why schedule at a specific time if your going to get seen 15-20 minutes after your scheduled time. But if your late they won't see you. Your patients time is important too. Alot of the receptionist can be quite rude; if you don't like dealing with different people with different attitude each day a receptionist isn't the position for you.

The only reason I would give this place a 2 is due to the fact my kids doctor is great. She left where she was at to come here and I HATE IT!! They never answer the phone and at one point I had to call the medical side to get someone on the dental side!! Every response I see on here from them is telling people who to call patient relations to report the concerns.... which NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. Dr Mailloux is the best and hopefully she leaves this establishment before she looses her patients!

I just had a baby 11/5/19 her billieruben / jaundice levels were elevated, on that following monday 11/11 the baby had an appointment the hospital where i gave birth stressed how important getting another screening for billi rueben/ jaundice was! We went to the appointment she got her test done i was told that by that afternoon i would have the results. Monday passes half of tuesday passes no call no results. I called the clinic on tuesday 11/12 to ask where the results were and was told they were in but the doctor hadnt looked at them yet but i would hear from them later that day. The rest of Tuesday passes here it is 4:15 pm wednesday 11/13 and after calling 6 timetimes trying to get in touch with customer service and getting the run around the majority of the day i am finally getting the results! Horrible first impression the way it was handled was very unprofessional no one could help me understand why it was taking so long or why no one was getting back to me! This will be our first and last appointment with them.

I Love My Childs Doctor, she is always there when I need her. She so nice and takes her time with him never in no rush and my baby is 4 months when he sees her he’s always smiling so I think that’s a good thing.

I am not happy with this doctor office they can do better

I love my kids Dr. Don't know what they got the dentist in there for. You can never get ahold of them to make appointment kids been with that doctor since my oldest was a baby and he 14 now every since they moved to midtown it sucks

called 3 times to make a follow up apt in December and told 3 times the schedule does'nt go out that far WE ARE IN OCTOBER - why - why does the urban clinic have to be the one NEVER on top of things SMH
