Fantastic customer service! I had arranged for flowers to be delivered for a birthday at the persons work. When the delivery was made it was discovered that they were not there for the day. I recieved a call from Rob with options. I decided on a new delivery day and at no extra charge or fees. He was great and why I will stay local vs big online chains for orders. Thank you Midway Florist!

Order was not delivered on the day it was said to. An email nor phone call was received to notify us our order would not be delivered on time. The manager just said said we'll sorry what do you want me to do, after I called and was told the order was out for delivery, then he called back to say it wasnt even built yet. Order was placed days ago directly to midway forest not thru a third party.

I tried a bigger online company once and the flowers were horrible. I have used midway florist many times and have always had my expectations exceeded. I will never use another florist as long as they keep doing what they have been, making excellent arrangements!

I love Midway Florist! The owner/designer does am amazing job. So detail oriented. I never order from anywhere else!

Horrible. Paid 80 for an arrangement and they delivered the wrong arrangement. They didn't get the flowers that I ordered so they replaced it with "like priced" flowers. No phone call in advance or anything. I will never use them again. Horrible!!!!
