Excellent customer service, and the best discounts going on! Our salesman, Tanner went over and beyond to get us a great deal on beautiful, affordable living room furniture.
If you're on the fence about going here.. Just go! I cannot give this place a higher recommendation if I tried. Every member of their staff is amazing.. Friendly, knowledgeable, most have a great sense of humor, and the best part is that they tend to remember us most of the time.. Even when it's a 2 year span between visits. If the customer service and smiles aren't enough to entice you then their prices should be. The best section is the scratch and dent, a little ding on the back of your appliance makes it a heck of a deal. They are always always willing to work with us and in the case that they can't come down enough on an item, they help us look for a comparable option within our budget. They are never upset or annoyed if we take up their time and leave without making a purchase... Even when the store is closing and they're about to go home, they don't rush you out of the door. We have purchased our fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove here. We will be going back again next time we need something that they may carry.
AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME Customer care and Service. Ryan was outstanding and very professional, efficient, and courteous. Was my Husband's first visit and myself. We went back the next day and we will be buying again. Well here we are again. Midway now Howard's is still our GO TO place. We met Sarina back in April when Hubby was home from his job. Sarina and her co-worker Paula went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us with our purchases for our Home Today 08/20/22 I returned to Howard's again I was so thrilled to see Sarina again and she DID NOT disappoint. Once again she helped us find the exact piece if furniture we were looking for. We have made a new friend and her Customer Service is OUTSTANDING
Super clean store and the staff was so very friendly and helpful. Tanner was able to help me find exactly what I needed and had answers to everything I needed to know. Andrea greeted me as I entered the store and was an absolute pleasure to talk to as well. Great prices and even better employees, keep it up!
I found Howard's Appliance to be a great store. Plus, it's here in the high desert. The staff is really helpful.
When it was MIDWAY it was all good. Even though it is apparently all the same staff this person Angie doesn't know what it means to return phone calls and if she is overwhelmed then get her some help because she is not providing good customer service. I will be closing my account since i have left messages and i have gone in to the store to get answers and i am told Angie is the only one that can answer my questions. Having only one person be the only one that has access to information that is bad practice what if something happened and she left. Who is a back up to know what work she processes. Anyway since no one seems to care about the customer you have lost my business. I do want my money back on an unused warranty unless that was a lie too... Also be very specific on warranty coverage as i was denied a service repair for very expensive leather couches even though i am covered for repairs for 5 years i have had these couches 3 years and now they are sinking again and they said i didn't inform them fast enough. I just left another message what a joke i get the call center again and only the voicemail that says Antoinette is not available. YOU GUYS ARE REALLY A JOKE i will be paying off the last little bit that i owe minus $293 that is rightfully mine. Train your people and treat your customers with respect because it is the customers that keep you in business...... I might be only one person but i will never have a good word to say about you and i will let people know don't bother going to you to buy stuff because you will regret it , you just don't know it yet.

Came in today to purchase a leather lazy boy couch for my husband After standing there for 15 minutes a sales man approached me & was already helping another customer I showed him the couch I wanted to purchase He said it would take 2 months before I could get it Continued to make excuses for no inventory & definitely did not try & sale me a couch Will take my money else where
Our fridge went out on us as well as our stove. We went to Midway and Bill Mckown assisted us in getting a package deal on all appliances. He was very friendly and listened to our needs and wants. Today, Jeff Wall installed some of our appliances and was extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. He was very friendly and professional. We had 2 installations done today. The other installers were Dennis and Moses. Again, very friendly, professional, and helpful. I have to give it to the installers for calling 20 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. This was very helpful. Thank you to all involved in this transaction! We appreciate you!
