Went to pick up my niece who lives there and it seems like a nice clean & quiet place

Not a very personal experience there isn't anyone on hand I understand they were recently purchased by an out-of-state company and it shows not much maintenance is done to anything they are quick to collect and slow to be attentive of any other issues not much of a community feel from that they raised the lot rent and it's certainly not put any of it back into the property really seems more like slumlords than small town trailer community Living I was very disappointed over all

I've lived here since 2015 and while I say it's a nice, quiet park, at the same time, the rent goes up every year, seems like new ownership annually, and not very many upgrades to the community, but we have some new owners and hopefully they will fix the irrigation issue between the driveways on the furthest west street.?.

Have to start by saying I was tricked! They've gone through several different property managers since I've moved here. And I've only been here since 7-10-20. The person that sold me this place assured me that things would be fixed before I moved in. Of course they weren't I moved into an unfinished brand new trailer. Took 3 to 6 months to address a garbage disposal issues which when finally repaired found out the insulation had been burnt so it was a short which was a serious issue. Moving on while, signing lease purchase agreement I find out that you have to pay a fee to pay your loan payment and a fee for lot rent which that's 2 separate transactions so 2 different fees. Next I get a notice saying we have to pay for lawncare even when we're not receiving it. It's winter! Signing of the agreement I noticed that they prorated the lot rent but not not the loan payment so I said does that mean payment is due by the 10th the guy says let me check on that comes back with yes. Next thing I know I get a late charge on the loan side for 65$ ridiculous.

I would not recommend living here. Let rent just keeps going up. Going up $70 on November 1st. The new owns are just greedy and want money. We will be paying almost $400 for lot rent, we own our mobile home. People are moving out and some are taking their homes with them and I don’t blame them one bit.

One of the nicer mobile home communities you would live. Quiet, friendly people, and cleanly well kept. I enjoy my time here with family Amanda Brown-Chandler and Carol Coleman and friends...

If I could negative stars I WOULD! They yank you around and flat out LIE about having homes available. The con they brought down SUPPOSEDLY Mike lead me on for a month and a half with excuse after excuse until finally the truth came out. Save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY FROM VISTA VERDE COMPANIES!

Owner was very rude and disrespectful. Went to look at a trailer house for rent and he wouldn’t even meet me to look at it. Front door was wide open and windows left open. Found drug paraphernalia in the house he was trying to rent to me. Would not recommend

Dropped 2 brand new 16x80 ft manufactured homes great people here really friendly

My daughter just moved into a brand new trailer. It's very nice and she and her children are very happy there.
