midwest beauty source and i have had a business relationship since 1984. i am enclosing a copy of the check i have asked refunded for quite sometime. always love the ever popular lee comment "it's on back order". what a joke. it's contagious at midwest beauty source. bill jr. uses that excuse too. he asks for the money up front. makes a promise only he knows he can't keep. takes the money on his spring vacation and all the while the agreement is not fulfilled. not just for one client, but keeps another clients' product order 'hostage' while he's not even in town to get ahold of. after getting my clippers somewhere else in 3 days, i waited to be called back about the clippers i paid for. i was called 7 days later, only to be told they were on backorder, i asked for my money back and that i already went through other channels when i could not reach anyone at midwest beauty source for those 7 days. all have been in the 'back ordered' status so many times: shears, clippers and vacuums. going shop to shop is noble, but this company needs to get with the times and technology. signed-april the barber in eden prairie mn
