Midwest Dental in Strum is great. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Underwood does exceptional work.
This office is a hidden jewel--Dr. Underwood replaced 2 old damaged fillings with composite resin. The Dr. has such a light touch so I never felt uncomfortable or nervous during the entire appointment. I have worked in dentistry for over 25 years and I can say in total honesty that Dr. Underwood is the entire package, an excellent dentist with a caring chairside manner. This office is very good at making patients feel comfortable and important. Isn't that what we all want?
Both Christine and I were very satisfied with our care. The staff was pleasant, kind, friendly, professional, and sensitive to our needs. Dr. Underwood explain things well as he performed the exam and procedures needed. He also had a good sense of humor. The technicians assisting with X-rays and cleaning of our teeth were excellent. They were efficient, thorough and professional. The receptionist was very helpful with scheduling and insurance details. We are thankful to all the staff. God continue to bless your good work! Needed to be seen quickly after some major jaw surgery. They got me right in & addressed my tooth pain. I highly recommend Medwest Dental of Strum. Everyone from Danielle at the front desk to the chairside assitant and Dr Underwood took extra care to be sure my pain was taken care of!

Dr. Underwood is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is kind, thorough, and attentive. His staff are wonderful and mirror Dr. Underwood's excellence. The office and exam rooms are spotless. There is easy access from parking to the office for people with mobility challenges. The practice utilizes the most modern technology available. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Underwood and his practice.
