Sam is great hygienist. Dr Q left. Sub Dr wanted to redo my crowns and root canal. Got a partial plate last yr was rubbing. Had separate appt to adjust. Got there at 12 was in car by 12:06. He charged $130 to shave partial for 2 minutes. Expected after $2000 for partial adjustment was included. Sub is very difficult to understand and appears to like to charge things staff and Dr Q never mentioned. Dr Q was good but maybe see why he left . 2 stars were for a 4-5 for hygienist
The staff and professionals have always been great. All my life I've had anxiety about going to the dentist but Midwest has really helped change that for me.
Midwest Dental came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. My 2 boys felt very comfortable and took to heart the things they were asked to do to improve their dental hygiene. I was impressed by the amount of things I learned in the one visit about my teeth and what I can do to take care of them. I try to take care of my teeth and thought I was doing a pretty good job but there were things pointed out to me that I can definitely do better. The staff all around was great as well.
Midwest Dental is awesome the staff are all friendly and helpful! The Doctor takes his time explaining all procedures and answers all my questions he is awesome. I will continue to use their services. The hygienist was knowledgeable and quick!
The Dr. and the assistants are very understanding and gentle. The dental hygienists are wonderful. They made me feel at ease, at least ease as I can be. They were very understanding and explained things as they were doing them. Have quite a ways to go on my treatment, but so far they all have made me want to get the job done finally. I will recommend Midwest Dental to anyone.
I had a good experience! I had a problem with a tooth and the new locum was able to find the problem. He explained the problem and showed the x-rays while explaining the situation. I was happy with him.
Dr. Q is absolutely the very best dentist that we have ever had during our adult life. He was passionate when It came to dental health and always treated me 74 yrs old as he would treat his own Mother. We are engaging others to leave their more expensive dentists and come to Midwest Dental. We must Never lose Dr. Q.
I’ve been going to Midwest Dental for over 10 years. I usually see Samantha, but she had the day off, deservedly. She is always friendly and bubbly. The dental hygienist who I had yesterday sorry I don’t recall her name was also super sweet and kind. I recommend them both as they do a great job! There has been a lot of turnover with dentists, but Dr. Q has been there a couple years now and I hope he never leaves. He has explained things to me in ways that I’ve not encountered before. He’s friendly and funny and a smart guy. Overall I highly recommend the Midwest Dental office in Manitowoc.
Past visits were a least a B+. My last visit was an A++. This one was a cleaning and it had been 10 years. My teeth were probably really bad. The hygienist? was so nice. The dentist is always top notch. I almost can't wait to go again. Thank you so much to the team. PS: Maybe I would not have felt this good if I'd have had a cavity!! LOL
