I had a root canal done here earlier this week. I was nervous due to prior experiences at other locations. No pain, wonderful staff & Dr. Grafe is excellent!! Thank you & your staff for a wonderful job!!

This was my second root canal. Dr Grafe is excellent. The staff are friendly and the procedure went swimmingly. I recommend anyone who needs a root canal to give these good folks a call. As I said, I went back for another tooth in full confidence of their work. A+

Midwest Endodontics are the best!! Especially Dr. Grafe and his assistant!!! I Had my first root canal done today.. I was so nervous for I have never had one before. I had heard so many bad things about root canals and how painful they were. let’s just say I was scared for absolutely no reason at all….Dr. Grafe and his assistant are so wonderful he was so friendly and reassuring as was his assistant.. I Felt absolutely no pain through out the procedure at all.. He even did a follow up call a few hours after to make sure I was doing OK…I definitely recommend midwest for anyone needing root canals dental work anything of that sort..

I had a root canal done 2 weeks ago. Dr. Grafe and the rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Dr. Grafe called me himself to check in. I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

My experience was a whole lot better than I anticipated. Went in for my first ever root canal. Dr. Reitz did the procedure, and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was very informative beforehand, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and I did not experience any pain whatsoever. Now over 24 hours later, I’m STILL not experiencing any pain. Would definitely recommend Midwest Endodontics! But especially Dr. Reitz if you need a root canal done!

As a child I grew up with a dentist who was less than gentle and caring in his dental work so I have been scared to death of dentists my adult life. My attendance at regular dental appointments has not happened. So when I was told I needed a root canal I was NOT looking forward to it. HOWEVER, yes there is a however - I saw Dr. Brent Grafe for a root canal. From the gentle patting on my shoulder of his assistant thank you to the procedure I felt taken care of. AND there has been NO, zilch, zero, nil pain. From the deadening to this today 4 days later I have had not the first second of any pain. With the instructions, the steroids and antibiotics it has been easy. Then Dr. Grafe himself called to check to see how I was doing and answer all my questions. I cannot recommend him any higher. If they gave me an option for 10 stars - I would give him and his assistant all ten.

I had the pleasure of receiving care from Dr. Poulsen today. This was a root canal due to something hard in my food a few years ago and I was nervous. As other reviewers mentioned, the staff took the time to explain everything and to be sure I was comfortable. What I expected was definitely not what I experienced. There was no pain. I apparently had one root of the three that he had to work extra hard at. He took his time and was very careful while also checking in on me throughout.

This place, or at least Dr Jonathan, is the benchmark for dentistry. If every dentist operated the way this dentist does, there wouldn't be the stigma associated with going to the dentist that most people have. Just like the other reviews, I had a perfect root canal experience. The only pain I felt was my legs going to sleep from sitting in the chair for 2 hours watching the doctor and his assistant work together like a well-oiled machine. Mixed in with general conversation he described in great detail each step of the procedure. In addition, he took the time to review before and after x-rays and discuss the outcome. As if that wasn't enough, the doctor himself called the next day to follow-up. Hope I won't require another root canal, but I know where I'll be going to get it done if I do.

I 10/10 totally recommend going to Midwest Endo! I first made a appointment with Evansville Endo and it went terrible after they told me they couldn’t get me numb enough and had to reschedule. I called Midwest almost in tears and they had me come in the same day a couple hours later. I told Dr. Grafe what happened and told him what happened. He ensured me he would make sure I would be numb and he will get my painful tooth taken care of. He also gave me some Antibiotics and prednisone before my root canal appointment to help with the pain. Today I had my root canal and it went extremely smooth. Everyone in the office is extremely sweet. Dr. Grafe was very kind and gentle he got me numb like he said he would and I didn’t feel a thing. His assistant was super sweet and explained everything to me. I am so happy it all went smooth. I totally recommend Midwest!! I Will go back if I need anymore services and will not go anywhere else but to Midwest!
