Great customer service, very efficient facility. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and I was serviced within 5 minutes. They explained everything that was going to happen before I was tested and answered all of my questions and concerns in a way that I had a complete understanding when I was done
I Absolutely loved the service that I received. There is a young lady there by the name of Brittany that needs a big raise. She also needs for you all to send her to optometry school to become an optometrist. Very very kind and get big heart. Kudos Ms,Brittany, keep up the good work.
The wait time was horrible. It took 3 hrs for the Dr. to see me for 15 minutes. This is insulting considering that if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you have to reschedule. Overbooking is not acceptable, my time, as well as the others who were waiting, is valuable. Once I was seen by the Dr. and his assistants the visit was pleasant and thorough. My low rating is because of the wait time.

I waited over a month for an appointment only to get called the day before stating that it is being canceled and the next only available appointment is a month and a half later. So I basically have been waiting over 3 months for a appointment. There was no place to squeeze me in when my appointment was canceled. The staff was awesome however I feel the doctor didn’t explain my condition to me nor did he give me any advice on what to or what not to do to either help or make the condition that he says I have worse.
Service was nice and friendly, I was in and out within an hour of my appointment, just wish the system they use to call your name was louder and not from such a far distance from the wait room

The physician and staff were awesome. However, due to VERY POOR scheduling I was here for almost three hours. This is a reflection of how much you value your patients time. The waiting experience WAS JUST AWEFUL, if I could give it a score it would be a NEGATIVE NUMBER. I have NEVER waiting this long for ANY office and will be looking for other optometrist FOR SURE!!!!!!!
The staff and the doctor were great with me. My time there didn’t seem long. Patients must realize that they have to perform numerous test for your eye health!
