My family and I stayed in one of Midwest Hospitality's units for 4 weeks while I was on a sub-internship with the general surgery residency program in Des Moines. We had a GREAT experience. The apartment was clean and just as it appeared in the photos that I saw when I booked. The amenities were better than we imagined and included a very clean pool which my kids loved, a workout center and a nice clubhouse area. The community of tenants were welcoming and VERY pet friendly. Additionally, we had some minor maintenance issues slow drain that were resolved in a very timely manner! 10/10 recommend for business or leisure, long or short stays. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
I cannot say enough good things about this well appointed condo. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and close to everything. We had a great stay and are looking forward to staying again in the very near future. My husband and I were traveling with our 13 year old grandson. The way the bedrooms are situated worked great, one on each side of the living room. We each had our own space. Great communication with the owner’s, they were very helpful and responsive even though it was Christmas. Worth every penny!
Me and my wife Miranda do travel nursing and stayed in a beautiful loft apartment for 3 months!! Thomas was great!! We didn’t have any problems with the place. The area was great!! Close to the mall, airport and plenty of restaurants!! I would most definitely recommend this place!! If we’re ever in the area again I’ll for sure use Midwest Hospitality & Management!!
My husband is employed with general contractor and we are assigned wherever he is needed. First project here in Iowa, we had concerns about finding adequate housing. Enter Midwest Hospitality. They are so responsible for us enjoying our stay in WDM IN THE WINTER! Seriously they have excelled in all areas of temp housing. Accomodations, service, pricing, location, and response time when needed. Thomas and Kyanne are absolutely top grade in the business. Thank you guys!
Great stay! Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, fully stocked and quiet. Thomas was the perfect host! Professional and super accommodating. Anything we needed he responded quickly & efficiently.
Super easy to work with in renting an apartment temporarily. Clean, updated/new unit, fully furnished, with laundry in the unit. The price point was high but I was extremely comfortable throughout my stay, and liked having access to a pool and gym as well.
We stayed 11 nights. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The area is close to everything but in a very quiet area. We enjoyed that several streaming services were already set up for us. I had to log into work a few days and the internet speeds were great. The garage that is attached to the building was a life saver. We did not have to be out in the snow or freezing rain when coming and going. The day we checked out it was -9 so completely grateful when loading the car. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this rental!
I had a great stay with Midwest hospitality! When it snowed and my car was blocked in, they went above and beyond to shovel the driveway for me. The apartment was clean, spacious, and overall a relaxing place to get some work done. Plus, they had EVERYTHING I needed and more! Grateful for such a wonderful stay, I hope to stay with them again in the future!
This was a great place to stay! We spent almost two months here waiting for our home to be built. The management was very responsive and desirous to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids loved the pool and that the place was dog friendly!
Awesome experience! I need a place to stay for work on short notice. Owners are very responsive and the place was clean, furnished with everything I needed, and just simple and easy to work with. I highly recommend and I will use in the future if I come back into the area. This was so much better than staying in an extended stay hotel by far.
