Jon Brown and his team at Midwest Power Equipment have demonstrated tremendous customer service over the years. I have been transitioning our residential landscape maintenance from gas to electrification and they have been super helpful and supportive. We've had a Husqvarna automower system for four years and a rechargeable battery operated weed trimmer for two years. Whenever I need assistance with any of my lawn maintenance equipment needs, they are always very responsive and most definitely stand by their products.
Purchased a Zero-Turn here today and was beyond pleased with our experience. Both Gerry & Chris were awesome. Answered all of our questions with patience and helped us get the right mower for us! They truly know their stuff. I am confident when we go their for service in the future they will be just as attentive!
I needed some seasonal work done on my Toro battery driven mower. I anticipated would need to leave mower but John took care of me on the spot !!! Also wanted to learn more about Toro battery trimmer and edger and he was very knowledgeable and helpful!!! Because of John and his very high level of customer service I will purchase the trimmer and edger next week from Midwest Power Equipment!! Thank you John for best possible customer service!!
I had been looking for a specific belt size for a mower for over a week and John at Midwest Power Equipment instantly knew what I needed and I was in and out in minutes. I highly recommend these fellas for any future projects you might have!
After buying a chainsaw and accessories, MPE, filled our tank with recreation gasoline and sent us on our way. After our first try with a chainsaw,, we had some issues and had to return our chainsaw. MPE owner was able to work with us and the warranty. Get our chainsaw back into working order and another full tank of gas. Thanks to the owner who is willing to listen and communicate with us as customers and we understand small business and integrity.
Bought a mower and snow blower here. Have brought the mower in for regular service and work was done extremely quickly. All staff was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledge. Good prices and great service.
I get that they're busy and that to get my generator serviced would take some time before they could get to it. Why I have to leave my generator there for 2 weeks is nonsense. Why can't I make an appointment to bring my generator in a couple weeks from now? We're talking about a few hours of routine maintenance. I guess people who need their generators to make a living are just out of luck with this company.
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I brought my mower in for repairs. And could clearly see a plethora of alternatives for my mower, both new and used. Glad I came in, because I'll be back!
