Miget's Island Grill

Decided to try something different with the family today for lunch. Stopped for some Hawaiian food. It's a no frills kinda place. Looks like a take out place. As we were served in takeout boxes and plastic forks. The meat was tender and flavored well. The Mac salad was traditional. The pineapple coleslaw was absolutely delicious. I'm glad I ordered the double meat as I'm a bigger guy. Food was decent, would order for takeout again. Parking: Even though there is street and overflow lot parking, it's still somewhat difficult to find parking. Especially if you are handicapable.

We went there for dinner around 6pm and noticed the open sign was turned off and there were chairs stacked on tables in front of the window. We checked online and noticed they are open until 7pm so we called, and a young lady said they were open. When we arrived, the vibe was that they were ready to be closed. They kindly listed the item that were pre-prepared. They put our dine-in orders in to-go boxes. The food was very mediocre. I’m not sure what all the hype is about

Pretty good, not great. We got the Chicken Teriyaki, Chamorro short ribs and Kalua Pork plate, with an assortment of sides. Mac salad was decent, but we were not given enough teriyaki sauce to add to it. The Pancit was very delicious and unique, I highly recommend trying that. The Lumpia's were like little egg rolls. We tried the original and the banana and both were good. The spicy sauce that came with the short ribs was really good. But the ribs were a little tough and chewy. Servings were on the smaller side, and there was a lack of sauce. Features: No mask wearing by employees

Some of the best Yakisoba I've ever had. Great lumpia and great spam musubi too. My buddy is a regular and from Hawaii. He says this place hits home with its authenticity. Oh and they have those Hawaiian Sun drinks. Great place.Food: 5/5

Online prices were about 1.00-1.50 or more different than what the menu prices are inside restaurant which was unexpected. Prices need to be updated. Didn't care for the Mac salad or lumpia at all. Had no flavor at all. Kalua pork, teriyaki chicken and Adobo chicken was good. Pancit was tasty as well. Unfortunately probably won't go back.

SPECTACULAR service and VERY friendly staff! I went with their house favorite the teriyaki chicken and mac and it definitely didn’t disappoint.
