Clean, short lines, very friendly staff, great prices on fresh meat. They offer local vendor products. Always a free usable product reward value $2-$4. No "Scan Yourself" checkout lane for the less than 10 item shoppers, but never an issue with me. I typically save an average of $75 on meat alone when I shop at Food Town.
I use the store because it is convenient however I do not purchase meat here. It is always spoiled.
Very unhappy with cashier's and customer service rep. I have to watch every item purchased as quite often I am charged incorrectly. No longer provide rain checks on items. Overall service poor!
They had exactly what we needed in dog food, and cat litter. Their cat food was a little too much. We will shop for cat food at Walmart,and get the cat litter,and dog food here. The prices are great on the cat litter, and dog food.
Nice store. The best price and they sell bulk items. You can get twice the groceries at this store for the same amount of money spent elsewhere.
I shop here often, I would say at least 3 times a month. Because it is close to my house, and is good for what I call "in between" shopping. I go to H.E.B twice a month for my "BIG LOAD" as their options are more extensive. There meat is always cheap in large quantities,, however last time I went in for chicken it was $11 for a medium pack. May be just the price increases are everywhere. I like them for their energy drink selection, I prefer the sugar-free and they have many available. They have a decent frozen food, good chip aisle, and canned goods, good more Hispanic options. Cheap beer options. It is always clean, and the employees are all nice folks. Check out is usually quick compared to other places. I would like to see more vegetable options.
Great place to get registration stickers and money orders fast and friendly.
Store staff very friendly and helpful. I plan on shopping for my groceries there instead OF HEB, and Walmart.
