Max was fantastic! Quick response and easy appointment setting. Friendly and on time. Very happy with outcome of new locks. Price seemed fair and well worth it!
Max saved my night! I locked my keys in my car trunk and called for an estimate. Max arrived in 15 minutes flat, as promised. He was kind, empathetic to my situation and tolerated all my questions and jokes along the way. Did his best to provide a timely unlocking of my car and wished me a good evening. Max is genuine, really cares about his customers and resolving their situation. I hope no one ever locks themselves out but if you do, call Max!
Reliable locksmith Bay Area is the best. The owner Max is great and very professional. My family and I were in a jam and we locked our keys the car. They were able to unlock my car in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to him I was able to get home quickly to the rest of my family. Go with this company, you won’t regret it!
I was in a jam heehee because my sister left town and I was supposed to stay at her place to dog sit, but for some reason her bedroom door was locked and as it turns out also installed upside down and she took her keys with her to Hawaii !! Anyway, Max came over and cool as a cucumber just worked his magic. I really wanted to avoid the aftermath of the core being drilled out, So he kept at it until he got through. Max was Very kind, professional and patient and didn’t act rushed, and his service charge was very reasonable!
Great, honest, fast service and very caring owner! He made sure I was safe and got into my apartment even though I ended up canceling his trip I realized I could get in through the window. Highly impressed! If you’re looking for an honest, caring, business that lives up to their name, I highly recommend them!
