Awesome food/drinks and service! Also just as awesome is the interior decor here, especially the ceiling and the top of the bar. How many places have the name and contact info of other businesses on the ceiling along with pennies under the glass top of a table? LOL That is so cool and unique!Food: 5/5
I think Wednesday nights are 2 for 1 beer. Staff are organized, friendly, and check and refill without you asking. Your mugs feel endless here. Food is medium quality but good for bar food.
My wife , daughter and I were headed back from a family funeral. We were very hungry and when we searched we saw a Irish Bar close by and thought what is better than the Irish Pub to tilt a few back with some good bar food. Upon entering we were greeted right away and Nicole the bartender was extremely nice and experienced. She can tell we were down because of the funeral and immediately started the grill and started pouring. They didn't have my wife's wine and Nicole had her beau run next door to get some. Not hesitating to be accommodating and knew everyone in the house warmly. We ordered burgers and a chicken basket with fresh cut fries which hit that salty spot with a punch. Burgers really hit the spot , simple no glitz. Nicole had a great attitude and personality with a great pour. We had a great time and it took our minds off the loss with laughter, we were given a voucher for a return visit and I thought that was a great idea and if Nicole and her awesome suitor is there it would be worth it. Thanks guys for the great time at the right time
They just re-did their menu. Pizza, Burgers, Sloppy Jane a.k.a. Sloppy Joe, chicken sandwich.Food: 5/5
At first glance it seems nice, but the super rude night bartender made us feel super uncomfortable, and also treated me STUPID for not understanding the schedule, certainly a pity that even in this century we meet these characters, the place smells to too much tobacco, and the pool table only has a limited time of use. anyway. for the same price, there are really nice places. where everyone is ACCEPTED.
Great bacon cheddar burger with fresh cut fries. Service was amazing. Pleasant atmosphere. Glad this place is still around . Thank you for allowing me another night safely and close to home . In the middle of a 4 hour Chicago snow storm.Food: 5/5
Best dive bar I've been to in Franklin parkFood: 5/5
Hadn't been there in a while so I decided to go out. When I walked in as usual saw those smiling bartenders and felt like I was at home. Happy and sad to hear Wolfman retired but they did keep karaoke going. Ran into to some familiar faces and had a blast. Was HAPPILY surprised when my son showed up along with a few of his buddies. Like usual stop by for awhile but ended up til closing.
I met friends there on a Wednesday evening. Quiet, friendly environment, good food and great service.Recommended dishes
I went the Pub last weekend for very first time, and it was not bad, the food was alright, but the bar tender was very nice and respectful, and she took care of us like we been going to there for years, I would go again when it gets warmer.
