Frequent customer here and it’s usually pretty good bang for the buck to take your car for a regular wash or even a basic detail package. However, when I took my minivan in for their top detail package $475, the results were maddening… For that price point I was expecting a very extensive cleaning both inside and outside. What I got was a good engine clean under the hood, and “okay” cleaning inside the vehicle, and a really bad job outside. When they called me to pick it up, I found my front bumper still covered with dead insects. It was clear they quickly wiped down the windshield, but it was definitely not clean. Inside the door jams were never touched with a rag. The wax job looks like it was some cheap liquid wax that didn’t really fill in any of the light superficial scratches.  I’m never the picky/fussy customer, but I did very politely ask them if they could clean some of those missed spots especially the bumper, and they were definitely responsive while I was standing there waiting. All that being said, if you’re looking for a full end to end detail job, this is NOT the place to take it because you will pay well over $500 after even a minimum tip, and basically get the same detail job you would have gotten had you spent $150 or less.Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

I usually love this car wash and to be fair, Mike was no where around when I brought my car in last Monday at 4:46. They refused to vacuum out the car that day saying they stopped that service at 4:45, but recommended that I go ahead and pay for the full service and come back the next day for the vacuum, which I agreed to do. After I left the vacuuming appointment the next day which took over an hour,  I discovered that they had not even opened the back of my Outback which was still full of dirt and dust from our hiking trip. The rest of the car still had dust on the dash and doors. Not a good experience. $45 wasted.

Went today for a car wash. What an experience! They hand dry your car and then you pull up to the “finish line” for interior detailing and vacuuming. Wiped my windows inside and out, wiped down dash, rinsed my gross floor mats and vacuumed. Will definitely be going to this car wash only from now on!Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

Horrible customer service!  Be ware if you ask them to clean your car from streaks they charge you per streak. When you question this they start screaming swearing at you and tell you to leave.  I have been a customer here 15 years. I'm canceling my 180.00 a month membership today.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing

This place is a rip off. $25 for a car wash and tire wipe down. They don’t provide much of a service for $25 anymore. There used to be vacuuming included.  I won’t be going here anymore.

It's so sad but this location has gone down hill. $35 for a premiere wash and they didn't even do a decent job. I had to ask for numerous items to be redone and in return I was treated like an inconvenience. I sadly won't be backServices:&nbsp;Vacuuming

These folks do a fantastic job. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is their prime focus. Regrettably this place has gone downhill,  poor cleaning and service

I got one of the cheaper packages and was very impressed by the quality of the detail! My car was a mess from work but everything inside and out was thoroughly cleaned. I will be returning and reccomending it to my friends!Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing

make sure the drying guy is working… past few months no drying guy and it’s a total waste of $$ going through with no dry guy. My car is very streaky and had soap dripping off.
