I have been using Mikes for many years. The last 3 years I have all three of my vehicles stickerd 6 month prepay. Most the time the staff are pretty good. This location seems to be slipping though. Instead of driving thru the auto gate I waited to tell the attendant that there are still bugs from the last wash a few days ago in the front of the vehicle. He wrote it in the windshield and called ahead. Staffer running the wash saw it and sprayed ONE side a few seconds longer and didn’t even Spay the opposite side. When I checked the vehicle it was the same as before. Spoke to manager and he had all the excuses of why it happened and said it was common. I am now pissed. I declined to go thru again and am settling for washing it by hand this time. Any suggestions for another car wash? The detailing crew I use is too expense to do every week.
Not bad, was really quick. For 29 bucks, could be much better. Dead bugs still stuck to the paint and wheels not really cleaned at all. Good if you are in a hurry.
Mike's Carwash is a great Carwash. Awesome customer service and a great was. The only thing is their competitors "Flying Ace" have free vacuums and cheaper monthly prices. Plus the wash I think is better most of the time at Flying Ace. Wish Mike's Carwash would look into this and make some changes.
Don't do it!!! The was quality is poor, the machines are either not calibrated properly or poorly maintained, scratches all over my wife's SUV, which of course no one was willing to acknowledge. The rinse is as substandard as the staffs concern for customer satisfaction. I had to handwash and rinse my car when I got home to remove the detergent residue and left over dirt. No one however seems to care about doing quality work.
My husband has been complaining for a couple of months on how they are going downhill on quality of washes. They used to have one person each side that would address the front and rear of the vehicle before going thru the car wash. Now they only have one person on one side. Just saw they are building a new Carriage House car wash up on 28. Looking forward to trying the new one.
$40/month minimum membership but the vacuums are additional and there’s no rags/spray bottles for interior. Also, if you have a truck the rear window and tail gate will never get clean because there’s nobody manually brushing those spots before you enter. Any true family business with good management knows these little things matter. I went in planning to purchase a membership, but it’ll be one and done for me.
I was desperate for a clean car after the last snow and ice storm we had a few weeks back and stopped by at Mike's. I loved the entire experience. It's not as many services free with carwash as my old place, but I really enjoyed how clean the car was and how good it smelled while I was going through the carwash. A very relaxing experience overall.
Various levels of wash to choose from. Prices are affordable for basic washes. Even when it I busy, the employees keep things moving. Convenient location.
Always a great car wash Love the smell of a soap they use employees are professional place is always clean
Overpriced!!!!! But no one else has a full service car wash in milford. But if there was I would use them instead of price gouging mikes car wash.
