Mike's Food Safety Class is a Member of Mississippi Hospitality & Restaurant Association, and National Restaurant Association. If you are looking for a Manager ServSafe Certification or Renew you Manager ServSafe Certification you are in the right place. The Manager ServSafe Classes are Eight hours for One day, test is included at end of the class. We also offer online Proctoring as long as you have all state requirements for testing and just need a Proctor. If you do not have all state requirements contact me and I can help you. We can also come to you, if you or your town have 12 or more students that needs testing. We have a 93.75% pass rate. This is for Manager Certification or Recertification. This is a 8 hour Class and Exam. This class is one day. This includes the SerSafe Manager 6th Edition book. This includes your certificate upon receiving a passing grade from exam.
