This location is amazing! It was my first time ever going here. The lady whom answered the phone was super nice and helpful. Each and every staff member was beyond kind to everyone who came in. They have such good attitudes and the store is super clean. They off a lot of supplies and holiday items to purchase. I was scared due to me have no immune system, that the vaccine would make me sick or worse. However they were so friendly and made me so dang comfortable that I forgot any fear. I was giving very good instructions before and after. It dis not take long at all even with paperwork. I'd give them 100000 stars ! Thank you kindly and I super appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
Decided to switch prescriptions from cvs to here. When it came time to pick up my prescription, I was told they aren’t filling my prescription for new people. If you have enough to fill the prescription, why not fill it? It seems unethical to hold supply for theoretical prescriptions and not one that’s actively trying to be filled.
Extremely friendly staff and pharmacists. Unfortunately, my child’s doctors office was closed and the prescription that was sent over to Mikes was having complications being received. It’s Christmas Eve and my child needs her antibiotic, pharmacy closing in a few minutes….luckily, everything was taken care off and my child was able to start her antibiotic. Through this process they were very patient and kind! I will now be having our families prescriptions filled out here.
I finally transferred all of my RXs from CVS to Mike's! I had to use them a few times when CVS could not provide what I needed and each time Mike's came through. The staff is the kindest, friendliest out there. Long overdue! Everyone should switch and support this fantastic local pharmacy!

Best pharmacy I have ever used! After using Mike's I will never go back to large chain pharmacies again! Mike's really goes above and beyond to help their customers, whether it's having to call doctors for refills etc. Or their excellent customer service or the fact that they deliver without an additional fee. One time my prescription was called in after their driver left for the day to deliver and the driver came back at the end of her day to pick up my meds and delivered them without having to. Love them!
I have been dealing with Mike since he worked at Rite Aide. Mike's has the Best Service, He Care About His Customers. Best Experience Visiting A Pharmacy In 40 Years. When you go to Mike's pharmacy you feel like family... They know your name and your medical history. Best Staff In Pasadena. You do not wait a long time period for your medication. If you have any questions on your medication, Our suggestion for medical supplies, vitamins, first aide material . They will stop and make sure you have what you need.. And the correct item. So you do not have to keep coming back and spending money on supplies you do not need. If I ever left Anne Arundel County. I would still go to Mike's.... No matter how far I would have to drive. You to can become a family member ... Go To Mikes Pharmacy...
The team at Mike's Pharmacy are great. They never hesitate to help you and are always quick and polite. The delivery service is wonderful for those times when you either can't get to the pharmacy or are too sick to go. Mike is a top notch pharmacist. He stays up-to-date on health issues and does a lot of research. He is so knowledgeable I know when it is necessary he will have or get the answers we need. He is compassionate and this community is lucky to have him. He has done so much for my family personally I can't thank him enough. I will never go back to one of those large chain pharmacies again.
Once you try Mike's Pharmacy you won't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing both in person and on the phone. The Mountain and Hog Neck Rd. location couldn't be more convenient and accessible. They really go the extra mile to earn and keep our business and we appreciate everything they do for our family. From contacting our physicians to working with our insurance, I can't say enough good things about Mike's. Try them!
I do not take my prescriptions there yet ! But I will. I have been there a few times sense my sons surge as Mikes was the only one who took to time and grace to take care of him after surgery, when he needed his meds. Today I went in to pick up my granddaughters meds and I was treated well. They also have so many Xmas items. They make you feel very comfortable and Welcome!
