When you walk in it appears orderly and neat Lu set up. But while shopping I noticed the prices are no better than any other thrift store. Getting ready to check out I see they only take cash. That’s fine but then the ATM machine is not working. Also by them only taking cash and a no return policy everything is , as is. This brings their overhead down by a lot so their prices should be a little better than other thrift shops but they aren’t. So was it a bargain? NO. Will I ever go back? NO. If your not going to except cards then your prices should reflect that.
My main concern is when an item has no price tag on it, they won't price it or sell it. And I had some good finds. The staff seemed robotic, no personalities. Prices are too high for used items. The good: lots of stuff to see and place is kept cleaned and organized. Note: Only cash is accepted and forget about haggling. They act offended if you ask.
Cash only. ATMs not working which you don’t realize until you walk up to the ATM in the store. Wasted time here finding cool stuff to realize there was no way I could pay for it on the premises. Fix it easily by putting a sign on the front door that says cash only and no functional ATMs inside. Ridiculous.
What happened here!! NEW MANAGMENT!! This used to he such a GREAT place to shop! Now Everything is in complete disarray!! Home goods on top of the clothes isles!! Glass ware in the shoe isle !! What happened it used to be purses back packs you know unbreakable items!! Well I guess it will keep the kids busy breaking glasses while parents look thru the shoes !! Who thought of this?? NEW MANAGEMENT?? You can't even get through the isle to look!! What a COMPLETE MESS !! GO back the way it was!! Get rid of this worthless New Manager!!
Would have gotten more stuff but they don't take cards, for a place that only takes cash having an ATM that works would be nice and for only taking cash and not having to pay the fees for a card their prices should be lower, the place has a really bad smell. This is my first and last trip to this place. Also thay don't have a bathroom for the public.
We love the store! We always find good stuff
I thought things were expensive. Where do the profits go? Do people donate to this place and then the owners sell donated goods for their own profit? I’m not clear on how their “thrift” works.
First item I see is doll set marked $60, I look it up and it’s really available in more than one place for $39.99 free shipping with more items then they have included. No thanks. I’m not one of those people who expect everything at a thrift to be near free but when you price WAY OVER what is readily available online what’s the point of going to your store?

The guys who take the donations from you are incredibly rude. I don’t think they understand that if people stop bringing donations, they are out of work. I will not donate here ever again.
