I walked in and smiled at the woman behind the counter, and she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. I carried on and when I was done loading my clothes into the machine, I asked about their hours. Many places don't have accurate hours posted on their buildings and she aggressively pointed at the wall and glared at me. She suggested that I "maybe try using your brain before harassing others". The other employees were nice and smiled back at me, asking if they could help with anything. But on my way out the same old lady with grey hair ignored me when i said have a nice day. This is the rudest customer service I've ever been met with.
Very clean laundromat. Very helpful staff. Even gave me some quarters when I was short one time. Machines work very well!

This is a great place! It is very clean and organized. I had a ton of laundry to do and did it all at the same time very efficiently. The owner was great and on site while we were there. I will definitely make this my go to laundry.
Good other than a customer using 9 dryers and when they stopped they were no where around. Bottom dryers are no condusive to people who have bad back issues. Wish she would have been more considerate.

Used to be a great place, since Sandi left it has went downhill. Have come here for years ,today is the last time. I was told the bathroom was out of order, no sign just a locked door. Going somewhere else.
What a great experience... It was about 8:30 a.m. on a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning as we walked through the open front door of the Milford Laundry. We smelled fresh coffee, Bounce or maybe it was Snuggle, and a general air of cleanliness. There was a lovely and talented assistant there who offered us coffee and showed us the way to the best washer for the job at hand - A king size comforter. She made sure we knew how to use the machine and went on her merry way. Great service, great equipment, clean facility. I'll be back!
I highly recommended this laundromat. We had an extra large king size comforter to clean and were clueless on how to use the machines. Sandy was so kind, helpful, and walked us right thru it. She also had a great sense of humor and made out experience very enjoyable!!
Angie is amazing! Not only was she extremely helpful but, she was constantly moving through the whole place working on drop off laundry and making sure everything was clean. Thank you for the exceptional service
