I was referred to this property by a relative, and I eventually moved into one of their newly renovated units. I would like to personally thank the property manager, Raven and assistant manager Senora for their patience, professionalism, and understanding throughout the process. They both went above and beyond to ensure my application and move-in process was s seamless. The unit itself is very spacious and came with updated appliances and electrical fixtures. There is an abundance of resident parking, which is very important to me. So far, Raven and her leasing team have provided exceptional customer service, and I hope this continues throughout my stay at the property.
No professionalism. Have to go to leasing office almost every week since we moved to this apartment. Senora she need to learn some professional behavior, she don’t know how to talk to tenants. According to senora our problems are not emergencies . She is very rude . I appreciate ms raven’s. But rest other don’t even want to talk about it . Everytime when we go to leasing office for our concerns, things will be never taken care for weeks . I will never recommend anyone for this Millford Station Apartment.
My daughter has been living here for five years, and this is the first year she has not had air all summer! No one has communicated with her as to what’s going on. It seems as though she has been to patient and kind with them. She has been promised Fix after fix however after all summer still no fix. She has not been offered so much as a fan. She has not even been offered a window unit, which seems like the normal thing to do. She also has children with special needs and Asthma. This place is terrible, and they do not take care of their tenants! This place is not worth it and very unprofessional, and unsafe!!
Been a resident here for a year and haven't had my AC unit working even once as I moved in the Winter of 2022 and couldn't exactly test it. Was told today that it would finally be repaired TODAY and nobody came. I'm very frustrated with this. Nobody has even communicated with me as to why nothing was done. It's miserable in the apartment just like last summer and it's a shame because my neighbors and the area are very nice. The apartments themselves are also very nice, but this is inexcusable. It's been too long and I've been promised this would be fixed too many times. I do not reccomend living here if your apartment does not have a working AC unit. Edit: Within 24 hours of this post my AC has been fully repaired, I came home from work this evening to a very comfortable home. Thank you for finally adressing this issue it's very appreciated, I can finally enjoy this summer and many more to come.
I have been a tenant at Milford Station Apartments for five years, and I am extremely disgusted with the customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have not had a working AC all summer. In fact a few of my neighbors have also been without air this summer. I am extremely saddened that my own complex does not care about our safety and well being. I came home to my children laying around like fish out of water, they were hot, sweaty, and low in energy. I have been very patient and have given them months to fix, but I haven't even been offered an accommodation. It's so bad . I have been told once or twice the issue will be resolved, but only when I reach out. No one checks in or communicates what's going on. Do not move here! It's inhumane. Times are hard and yet I had to go purchase 4 fans that only circulate the hot air. This is Awful!
is there another phone number ? ive been calling for the last week in a half and cant even get in touch with anyone. No one never answers the phone and the assistant property manager or whoever voice mail is full smh...
Wow just looking at the review of residents cars getting towed, I know I wouldn’t want to live there. Sounds horrible. The apartment probably has a contract with the tow company and gets some type of compensation from towed vehicles. Just ridiculous!
This complex is terrible I live here and my car has been towed twice. Once on thanksgiving and this morning. I’ve sent the leasing office an email stating my current vehicle is in the shop and I will have a rental for the duration of the rest of the month. Dec. 2022. How do you plan to compensate me for my inconvenience. I’m now going to be late for work.
Ever since the staff changed things have gotten worse. The noise that I experience in my apartment from neighbors and unreal. Police and constantly called. I used to have great experience with maintenance but that has changed. For example, they will promise to come Monday but won’t show till next Friday which is very inconvenient and then expect for you to say yes come in. Nobody answers the phone in the leasing office it’s very hard to get in contact with someone. Most times people are standing outside of the office waiting. I’ve tried to reach out above the leasing office to the actual management and guess what they don’t answer phone calls either NOR emails. Right now I don’t have nothing nice to say anymore my review used to be 5 stars but will not change until I see positive change. I am a good peaceful resident who always pays my rent. The buildings are unkept and always disgusting, things need to be replaced which I guess they refuse. Thank God for the nice Spanish ladies who clean but they also do the bare minimum. They have some nerve to start reinforcing stuff here in Milford station but have yet to fix BASIC ISSUES. I am not happy living here currently but it’s convenient for the time because it’s close to the metro.
Iam literally I'm tears calling around for help because Blue Ocean will not help me. I lived here a entire year with black mold before anyone helped me. For the past 2 YEARS my balcony door has literally been falling apart. Its the same model since the apt was established...and a replacement has been refused. Rain water, bugs and even frogs have entered my home. Its coming out of the frame, no handle, no lock, no screen. The entire frame is stripped. It became so rusted at one point we could not open it. I even fractured my risk trying to open it. This has been almost 2 summers ago and I have been through 3 different property managers whom all I have written letters and constantly grieved about my situation to. No help, Just excuses. I'm sure no one would want their children to live like this. I have been calm and completely patient with them. I live in fear everyday someone will just walk in my home. Now I'm dealing with having no air condition. Half the community has none. There are literally a.c. units set up in storm windows rigged with cardboard boxes and duct tape around the community. This is sad. My kids go to bed and wake up crying every day because they are hot. I am in emotional distress because of this. The new management/ maintenance are wonderful. They honestly try to do their best to help people but when the corporate office denies their request it's not much they can do. I'm suffering living this way.
