Moving to milford trails has been a pleasure. Tressa was outstanding with handling the move in procedure to handing you the final paper work with everything you need to be a tenant here. The apartment came with new floors and carpet and is spacious. Cannot ask for anything more so far.
Thank you so much to Tressa who was endlessly helpful in getting my partner and I into one of these apartments with our cat. She really went above and beyond to do right by us and make the moving process a bit smoother. We sincerely appreciate all her help and cannot wait to move in.
*If you would like to talk, you have all of my contact info available to you. I simply want 1-2 days to be able to load a pod with my items to move. Leaving it in guest parking, 2 parking lots away and down the road, isn't a solution to this when others have placed pods in your parking lots before without asking for permission. I'm not going to lug my larger furniture down 2 parking lots and down the road. I told the manager that I would have both of my cars moved to guest parking and take up only 1 space on the end of the parking lot with the pod, to store the furniture, giving 1 free space for the complex that I'm paying for and not using. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. **I called and was hung up on without getting to talk to anyone ***Days later and still no response from your regional. Called from another number and left a message with with who I'm assuming is his assistant. Sounded like they didn't want to talk from the murmuring in the background telling the person on the phone to take a message.
What can I say about Tressa that anyone who's had the pleasure to meet and rent through doesn't know already. From the the 1st email, up to signing the lease, she had been absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and patient! If you wanna rent from Red Oak ask for Tressa Clifton!!!!
On Thursday April 13th I put in a maintenance order for a new window blind. Somehow the order was lost and the blind was not replaced. I spoke with a leasing office associate and assured her there was no real urgency and that the window blind can wait. Well this morning, Thursday April 20th, two maintenance associates showed up to install a brand new window blind. I am very happy and impressed with the Milford Trail teams response to my request and the two gentlemen that installed the blind. Thank you kindly. Have a nice day!
Just moved in on 1/24/23 and so far am absolutely pleased with everything. I will update this review in about 6 months as I have more experience living here. I do want to say that if your renting from a Red Oak Property then I highly recommend you ask for Brooklyn to handle things for you as she is absolutely amazing and goes " the extra mile" for you. She made the whole process extremely simple and in how quick my move in date was from my application she made sure everything got done in time for said move in date. Snowy photo is of my current balcony view and the other is of my friends previous apartment literally 2 floors below me in late October of 2020

Tressa was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I got a place. We were really scared for a second we weren't going to find a place in time but Tressa is a miracle worker and we've got a place for us and our cat. Thanks again!!!!!
The agents and staff at this complex were more than helpful. We pulled up to the complex without calling first and Russ made time for an immediate showing of the available units. We loved the fresh paint, cleanliness, and landscaping so much we made a quick decision. I am not very text savvy and Russ and Mrs Charette assisted us with the hold and the apartment application. During each step of the approval, they kept us up to date with which stage we were at, and the next steps. We had a pressing need to get this apartment ASAP, and Brooklyn made special efforts on our part to make the process as quick as possible. We are looking forward to a lovely residency dealing with a great team.
Tressa was very helpful with the move in process. She was quick to answer and help me with the move in. Apartment was clean and ready for move in. The community is nice and quiet and i am glad i moved in.
