Drove 1 hr to find out that they are closed to Sept. They even left a voicemail saying my items are available to be picked up but didn't state there a holiday hours. Waste of 2 hours of my time. Not to mention, their alterations lost my dress blues a while back, and it took 3 weeks to get them back.
Knowledgeable manager treated us with respect. Store was clean and well organized.
Very helpful in getting a uniform together. It's a rather small store but well organized with a lot of items to choose from.
Materials needed were in stock as needed. Only down side was a hat was in the wrong location as was not caught until after I purchased it. But is was exchanged out for the correct size with quite a bit of work needed by the cashier to make the exchange.
I called the store to see if they had bow ties for the dress blue uniform. I live an hour away, and wanted to see if they had them in stock before I made the drive. The woman who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional.
