A++++ is all I can say. This business is amazing. I live in the states and found this website when looking for a specific yarn I was using for my afghan  Sophie’s universe. The prices were great and slightly cheaper and shipping was crazy fast for being international! The selection and stock by far beats most places around here. I ordered online I'm very happy and satisfied with my purchase. The website is very easy to work with and my payment was very smooth. The prices are definitely cheaper than any other website I checked and I got free delivery when my purchase was higher than £25. Delivery was very timely and it only took 3 days to arrive. I kept receiving emails on my email to track my order and it arrive safe and clean. I highly recommend and I will definitely keep buying from them.

Honestly couldn't fault wool warehouse, good quality products at great prices. Customer service team are amazing, I ordered a parcel and Evri didn't attempt to redeliver and sent it back to wool warehouse. I contacted the sales team at lunch time and they sent out a replacement parcel that day and it was delivered the next day, meaning I could complete my project in time. Thank you

When in doubt buy from Wool Warehouse! I’ve brought from them over 5 times and every time it turns up really quick on normal shipping. Once I had a ball of 4ply that was knotted beyond repair. I messaged them and we spoke and they sent me a new one! Really friendly staff:
